Riverfront balcony room was great.
Pros:

Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Keurig in the room didn't work, and din't get a replacement until the next day. Staff did send coffee up to our room the first morning.

This improved my Paducah traveling experience
Pros:

The facility was very clean. It was pretty. The decor looked really nice. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. I was able to take a bath and that was a great experience because I don’t have a tub at home. The staff were very complementary I needed to make an adjustment because I drove in and I was able to check in digitally so that was really important because a portion of my family was coming in with the baby and I wanted them to be able to get in so everybody was very accommodating and I really appreciated that.
