Waren nur auf der Durchreise, wären gerne länger geblieben.

Wie in allen Hotels in denen wir bisher in den USA waren, nur Plastikgeschirr und Besteck beim Frühstück.😞

We did ask for an early check-in and they wouldn’t honor that. That’s the only thing that was bad. We traveled a long way so it would’ve been nice to get checked in early.

Hat nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt
Pros:

Gute Lage für unseren Bedarf, sonst hätten wir es nicht gebucht.

Cons:

Frühstück enttäuschend, Pool und Ausstattung schlicht. Für den Preis hätten wir Besseres erwartet, gerade beim Frühstück ist extrem viel Luft nach oben und das Personal beim Frühstück war mürrisch. Wir haben uns nicht so wohl gefühlt.

not going back. would like a $$$ refund of some part.

Manager offered to move us to another room. But we were unpacked
.Breakfast items were out of stock, pancake maker was broken, food was not hot, and i said good morning to chief and he was short with me. he was just sitting waiting to close buffet at 9AM . our room had a smell.??? shampoo dispenser has conditioner in both containers. washed my hair with hand soap..
