This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in US, very old, no personal at the reception, bugs in the room, no plates, no silverware at all, nothing to pour a drink. I wasted my money. I will not book a hotel through Booking again

Arguably better to sleep in a car. Unhelpful and time consuming process for 0 reason.

Very little in my opinion

Cons:

Standing there waiting for someone to help, 10 minutes go by and nothing still. Come back after that and finally I hear people talking in the back but I’m still waiting. 5 minutes later they realize I’m there waiting.

Get thru all the paperwork and the guy walks out while I’m basically complete to go figure something out outside…. 10 minutes later we get the key. Go up to the room via exiting the building and going through the side stairs as the elevator is down. Get to the room and the key will not let us in…..alright, I go downstairs and the guy isn’t at the desk he’s buying a drink from the vending machine, tell him the issue and says to give him a second. I give him almost 5 mins of trying to get this dang drink but the machine took his money so I’m still waiting. (He does offer to buy me one which was nice) but like cmon we are so shot from driving and have had a less complex and much more seamless experience at like even a holiday inn. Avoid this place that has wet carpet and no bell to ring at the front to even notify anyone that you exist

Never again will I stay here!
Pros:

The outside appearance and location.

Cons:

Elevator was down and my wife is handicapped. Went up two flights to get to our room. It reeked of marijuana. We couldn’t stay there. Checked out immediately. The lady at the desk was rude. Told us they were a “no refund hotel.”

Pros:

The bed and linen is clean and comfy. Staff is professional and nice. Has water fountain

Cons:

Need to walk upstairs to 4th floor because elevator is down. The shower door is broken, can’t close. Water flow is slow. Room is small. Stairs way smell bad. Table is not clean
