CLEANERS STOLEN FROM HOTEL / LOST PROPERTY “GONE MISSING”

Cons:

Be careful staying here. My partner bought 3 brand new items of clothing and ironed them and accidentally left them in the wardrobe. I emailed the hotel many times and they completely ignored me. I emailed Ace on the front desk who initially replied, and then when I described the items, he didn’t reply again. He said it was a “third party cleaning service” they used. The cleaners definitely found the clothes because we KNOW we left them there. The fact nobody ever replied to me is utterly disgraceful.

Location, space and comfort all for a low price.
Pros:

For the price - you get a small apartment not too far from Vegas Strip. The amenities were nice too, especially the pool area. NIce large hot tub, nice clean pool with plenty of seats. Also, it was nice to be close to some essentials shopping like a Super Target.

Cons:

Without a car, it can be a hassle. I was there for a festival (EDC) and Ubers were already surge pricing so getting back and forth to the Strip was quite expensive.

Appartement très bien équipé, propre et grand. Bon rapport qualité orix

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 4 mais le canapé-lit n'était pas en place à notre arrivée. Canapé lit pas très confortable
Le bâtiment a une ancienne lumineuse "silverton" et le gps ne nous a pas amene exactement donc nous avons du marcher 15 minutes pour trouver la réception.
Le lave vaisselle ne .marchait pas.

I had a very restful night sleep. It was very quiet and the rooms are very well appointed.
Pros:

The location and property were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Occupancy seemed light with plenty of parking.

Cons:

Since I was towing a trailer security made me park far away which was inconvenient. Thankfully I didn’t have much to bring into the property.
