Beautiful property, room and courteous staff
Elevator takes forever. Wait times of 15-20 minutes every time. No balconies. Very expensive. Large deposit required. Location is out of the way
The stay was very good overall.
That is why I rated it a 9 out of 10.
The room was clean and well kept.
The bed was comfortable.
We slept well every night.
The view was beautiful and relaxing.
I really liked that the casino is separated from the hotel.
You don’t have to walk through noise or smoke to reach your room.
That made a big difference for comfort.
The only issue was with one staff member.
I had 6 packages delivered to the hotel.
She told me I had to pay 35 dollars to receive them.
She said after 2 packages there is a 5 dollar fee for each extra package.
I asked her to show me where this policy is written.
She could not.
She refused to give me my packages unless I paid.
When I asked for the manager’s name, she refused to tell me.
Her tone was rude and dismissive.
She finally handed me my packages in an angry way and said “have a great night” sarcastically.
That interaction made my night very unpleasant.
The next day I spoke to the manager.
She listened carefully.
She was calm and respectful.
She explained that the policy exists because of limited warehouse space, but it is not written anywhere for guests to see.
I told her this should be communicated upfront so guests know what to expect.
She agreed.
She fixed the situation and even refunded the 35 dollars that was charged to my card.
That is why I gave the staff a 9 out of 10.
Without that rude interaction, it would have been a 10.
Would I stay here again?
Yes.
Just make the package policy clear before it becomes a problem for another guest.
What I did not like was the constant static shock.
Every time I tried to open my hotel room door, I got shocked.
It happened many times during the stay.
After a while, I started expecting it, which is not pleasant.
This is a small thing, but it affects comfort.
It should be checked and fixed for future guests.

How slow the elevator were, it took 20. min to go down. Beds and pull out very uncomfortable. Asked for later checkout employee was rude stating they can't do it
