Lots of room. Very clean. Great staff
Pros:

Off the strip and quiet. Casino right across the parking lot. Many places to dine. And the full kitchen allowed us to eat breakfast in every morning.

Cons:

Pool could use more shade. And they don’t have recycling facilities.

Pros:

The property was clean, on a very good location and tons of things to do near by.

Cons:

Checking out was a hassle, as far as we knew it had to be in person. The elevators was a nightmare everyone checking out at the same time and workers trying to get their jobs done. We wait at the very least 30 minutes to squeeze in an elevator. Don't get me started on calling front desk specially at night time that lady was rude, unfriendly and not helpful at out and made me feel like I was interrupting her mind you it was around 1 AM when I called.

Pros:

The property was nice and clean. The only real complaint was my daughter had forgot her key and I called so that they could give her a key to the room. We had a long day because we were at a funeral. She was tired and got a ride from her cousin. But they would not let her in nor have someone else all her to the room so she could rest. They said she had to wait for us or they were going to have a male security guard escort her to the room. Either way both options I was not happy with. I called you could have asked me for my license number if you didnt believe it was me!

Close to Bass pro shop and other stores.

Cons:

When I first arrived and asked to check in I did get there around 10:00am. The girl at the front desk told me they are all booked up and they have no rooms available. I mentioned to her I made reservations weeks ago and had already paid. Her tone of voice made it seem like they didn’t have a room for me at all. I asked again and gave her my name. She stated again they are all booked up no rooms available. I asked again how is that possible if I paid for a reservation weeks ago. Then she finally said we don’t have rooms available for check in at This time and that I would have to wait till 3:00pm. Now if she would have explained it better then it would have been understood. I arrived back around 1:00pm another girl helped me out. She asked for my Id and name. She mentioned I can get you a room it will be a $50 fee to get you check in. I told her I’m fine with that. She proceeded to get me a room.
