I loved that we could rent two suites to accommodate our large family.
One thing I would change is to have valet parking. We didn’t have any issues with parking, but would have been a good perk!
The room was not properly cleaned, there was long hairs on the floor. Even though we stayed for 5 nights there was only one toiletroll and we had to go down to reception to ask for more.
Exept from that we enjoyed the stay.
The location was outside craziness of Las Vegas. Was a great for families with children and looks like many senior.
The pullout couch bed was pretty rough. I settled to airport would've been helpful or coordinating with the Silverton resort right next-door transportation to the airport.
A huge thank you to Reva in reservations for helping me fix my reservation. I thought I had booked a 2 room suite but I booked 2 separate rooms with my young grandkids on one floor and me on another.Reva was very kind and helped my fix my reservation you should hire more people like her!
Everything was great but the furniture could use a cleaning
The hotel was really nice and quiet, away from freeways and plenty of parking. The room was like a condo/apartment with everything you would need to make yourself right at home for a couple days. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Checking in was easy as well as leaving after our stay.
Once my husband and I were in our room getting ready for the evening out as we were about to leave I could hear someone on the other side of the door. I got close, and all of a sudden, I heard the door unlock and start to open. I quickly closed the door shut and heard the older gentleman tell his companion "someone is in our room". I loudly said "sorry sir this is our room, we were assigned the key to this room, you may want to check in with the front desk". I heard them leave in disbelief over what just occurred, we were in shock as well and confused since the check in went well less than 2 hrs ago. I quickly called the front desk and told them exactly what occurred, that guests opened our door and were getting into our room. The front desk clerk was puzzled, I could hear he was looking into the system and apologized and said they(hotel) made a mistake, WE were in the wrong room. I said "can the couple just get our room and we can stay here?" We were already running late and didn't have time to grab all our things to leave and be on time where we needed to be..He said "no mam, I'm sorry but you have to leave that room and go to your booked room", I told him "I didn't have time, we had already settled in and were about to leave and already running late due to the current situation." He said " you'll have to get all your things out and we can hold them here until you come back", I was not understanding how this error could have occurred.. we quickly grabbed all our belongings as best we could, went downstairs, and quickly just grabbed our new room key, dropped all our things off, and left as we were late for our scheduled service. The following day, I was informed by a worker that the hotel was overbooked and that staff were scrambling, unbeknownst to him was what my husband and I experienced when we checked in.
The hotel is amazing very beautiful and has all amenities .It's family friendly, near 10 minutes drive to everything and there staff all provide excellent service 👏👏👏 Hannah at reception is the best
Nothing
Everything! The condos are gorgeous, very spacious and beautiful, the beds are super super comfortable, and so are the pillows, everything was great!
I don't like that they texted us the day before check out to tell us to be out by 10:00 a.m., I think we already knew that! And, it's really weird that the pool is in the front of the hotel! I'm not used to seeing the pool when I walk up to a front door of a hotel. It's literally connected to the parking lot. Very strange!!!
Location
The bathroom shower knob was broke, the kitchen cabinet panel fell down as I walked by it. The room must be getting old.
Huge room with very comfortable bed and kitchen makes for a good stay off the strip for people driving through Las Vegas. Pool looked popular in the heat!
Restaurants in walking distance were only so so and steeped in gambling culture. Sad to see kids in these restaurants.
