Pros:

The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. The restaurant has different food everyday and the tasty are good.

Cons:

We stayed on the second floor Junior Flat 2 Bedrooms, unfortunately it's quite noisy with the sound of cars, scooters and motorcycle from the street outside.

Everything was fantastic, from check in to the service, to the food and facilities and even check out - they wanted to give me a cake upon my leave as it was my birthday but I insisted not to as I was rushing out. The thought and gesture itself was so heart warming!

Very friendly and attentive staff all throughout my stay - would definitely stay here every time I need to be in the area.

Cons:

Honestly, very rare for me - but nothing :) everything was perfect alhamdulillah

The hotel has good value for money but the management isn’t looking after the maintenance aspect. I can’t fault the hote
Pros:

The location in the heart of bintaro

Cons:

The hotel is quite old with little maintenance of basic linens, towels etc. Clean towels still had old stains. The bedsheets were terrible
