اعجبني حسن تعامل الموظفين وحرصهم على راحة الزائر وتوفر الاختيارات المناسبة بين الغرف كذلك اعجبتني الغرف المطلة لها اطلالة جميلة على الطريق بالقرب من مرجان

L'emplacement est bon, central, prés de tous les services. Beaucoup de bons restau à proximité. Façade jolie et bien entretenue. Chambre confortable et propre.
Un temps infini pour verifier la reservation et faire payer alors qu'il serait si simple de payer par carte bancaire avec booking à la reservation comme dans tous les hotels.
Impossible de prendre une douche la robinetterie est tellement vieille qu'on ne peut pas mettre l'eau dans le pommeau. On doit se laver avec le systeme baignoire trés peu pratique !!! Surtout pour se laver les cheveux. Le petit déj malgré une dame tres gentille est horrible. Produits vieux et rances, le thé et le café sont froids. On met soit meme les assiettes, il n'y avait presque plus rien à manger. Les assiettes etaient vides sous leurs films roses sur le bar. Le pire petit dejeuner que j'ai mangé. Le diner ( choix de couscous ou tajine a reserver) est bon mais beaucoup trop cher. Nous avons payé 5 couscous 600 dn alors que le restau à coté de la poste nous a compté 200 pour 3 tajines, 3 salades et 3 assiettes de brochettes avec frites...

I was disappointed by my experience. The hotel hardly lives up to its 3-star rating. For those considering a stay here, I would advise looking into other accommodations in the area. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet the standard one would expect from its rating.
