Nothing much to add.
Pros:

Some of the staff members were very friendly and really tried to help.

Cons:

A male staff member did not act professionally.
Laundry is too expensive
AC is only in the bedroom yet the area is too hot.
TVs were not working properly
Environment was noisy.

I was disappointed by my experience. The hotel hardly lives up to its 3-star rating. For those considering a stay here, I would advise looking into other accommodations in the area. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet the standard one would expect from its rating.
