Bad Customer Service
Pros:

I arrived at the hotel at about 11pm at night only to be told my reservation was not confirmed. The Manager could not make any effort to contact Hotels.com to confirm my reservation. I was left unattended at the reception for close to an hour. I decided to pay another money to secure a room. It was a terrible experience.
