Pros:

Loved being able to sit on our veranda and see the rainforest covered valley in front of us. Very little in the way of neighbours or other buildings. Very peaceful (no noise from the road where we were located), and very friendly staff. Ubud central is around 3kms away - so that's a bit of a walk (40 mins or so, which we did a couple of times), otherwise free shuttle three times a day or 70/80k idr one way. Pros and cons with that distance - but we'd take the tranquillity any time. Would certainly recommend to others.

Ulun Ubud Resort ans Spa
Pros:

It's a lovely hotel overlooking a ridge with a stream and forest and my best hotel stay compared to a few that I have stayed during my 13 days trip in Bali. It's quiet too yet not far away from attractions and restaurants. You can hire a motorbike from the hotel and book a massage there too. The spa rooms are comfortable and clean too. The restaurant serves good food as well.

Lovely stay on outskirts of busy Ubud

Beautiful & clean hotel with very friendly service throughout for our 5 night stay in Ubud. Good food with many choices @ restaurant. Shuttle service into Central Ubud was helpful, yet we wish it was offered for a longer period each day. WiFi in hotel room was terrible, yet strong in lobby/restaurant. It couldn’t be improved, even after our request. Many stairs in this property, FYI. Ask for a room overlooking river/jungle for views & privacy.

Amazing place to stay in ubud. Beautiful view, very clean and great room services. Food was so good and affordable. Great welcome drinks and Free treats. I was very impressed and one of the best accomodations in Bali. Love love love it. I High recommend it !!!

Pros:

Had a wonderful experience here. Property was absolutely stunning. Would recommend this place without a doubt. The only small issue was a mildew smell in the bathroom. The staff addressed it immediately; however it persisted throughout our stay. Hopefully they can address this and get a permanent fix.

The property is absolutely amazing, wonderful staff and wonderful food. Resort is right next ro ubud center which is super convenient for tourist. I would stay again. And when i had little issue the manager made everything right right away. I love it

bungalows or small red brick and black stone buildings, compose this resort, one meanders paths without any imposing structures.
