Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación muy buena. Justo dan las escaleras mecánicas para subir de la playa
El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien en la habitación
El personal del bar del desayuno súper amables!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations due to several maintenance issues.

It was clean.

Cons:

The window lock in our room was broken, so we could not leave the room securely locked. As a result, we had to carry all of our valuable belongings, including a laptop and an iPad, every time we left the hotel.

The shower door in the bathroom was also broken, which made using the shower inconvenient.

In addition, the refrigerator never became cold despite being switched on, so we were unable to use it to keep drinks or food chilled.

We hope these issues will be addressed, as they affected our comfort during the stay.

Finally, we are convinced that we accidentally left our electric toothbrush and its charger in the room after check-out. However, when we contacted the hotel, we were told that nothing had been found. We understand that items can sometimes be misplaced, but this was disappointing, as we are certain they were left behind.

Las habitaciones en si no estaban mal y el solárium tiene buenas vistas

Cons:

Teníamos dos habitaciones, en la nuestra faltaba una puerta de la ducha y en la otra no funcionaba el aire, el personal muy agradable nos pudo cambiar de habitación.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema de salubridad con una plaga de hormigas en la habitación. Nos cambiaron de habitación a las 23.30 hrs y el hotel no se quiso hacer cargo del reembolso. Se ha puesto en hoja de reclamaciones dada la situación desagradable tanto para mí como para mi pareja.

La habitación estaba bastante bien, camas cómodas, el desayuno excelente. El personal muy amable. Aunque hay que caminar un poco para ir a la playa, el acceso por rampas está cómodo.

Cons:

Al estar en la playa, echo de menos que la habitación tenga algún balconcillo para tender la ropa mojada. La piscina de la azotea es bastante pequeña y hubo un día que estaba sucia con caca de pájaros.
