Amazing 🤩
Pros:

The property is in a good location and is very easy to access from the airport, just 5 minutes away from the airport

Cons:

For me everything at the property was alright apart from the AC unit not working. The AC is bad doesn’t cool 🥶

It was a good place for a short stay such as when one wants to be near the airport. good value

good location near the airport, spacious room and confortable bed, quite affordable

Unprofessional payment experience

I made a reservation at this hotel via Booking.com on behalf of a colleague who was travelling for a conference and were paying for them from a country in Europe. This was the second time we made a payment, as our colleague stayed at this hotel both on their way to the conference and on their way back. This was an incredibly difficult experience.

To begin with the hotel states that they take payment in many formats and card types which is not true. When we called the hotel to make the payment over the phone on the day of our colleague's arrival, the staff were very uncooperative and even threathened to cancel the reservation if the money didn't reach the bank that same day (even though we were paying with an international credit card). They refused to issue us an invoice (the second stay) until we confirmed that the money was going to be paid in Naira currency so that they would recieve the money the same day.

We are dissapointed with the unprofessionalism and would advise any foreigners to avoid staying here. It would also be best if the hotel removes the misleading payment information from their profile on Booking.com.
