limpeza e conforto das camas, quartos espaçosos, nota 10 para rapaz que ajudou com as malas e tbm pela rápida ajuda na troca do quarto por causa do ar condicionado, infelizmente não me lembro do nome dele muito prestativo .

Cons:

falta de manutenção do ar condicionado, fui informada na recepção que tinham quartos disponíveis e por isso foi feito a troca, caso contrário não seria possível 😕. No café da manhã, as frutas e frios acabaram e precisei pedir duas vezes para reabastecer, não sei se é por falta de mão de obra ou falta de atenção dos colaboradores.

Hotel bem localizado, já me hospedei 4 vezes durante viagem para Nordeste, e volta para São Paulo, o restaurante tbm é muito bom.
