Highly recommended when in Zurich
Pros:

I'm so glad I picked this hotel. It's about 8 mins drive from Zurich Hb train station and bus park, so it was easy to get to the bus park for our tour and also easy to get from the station to hotel and vice versa. Also, the location is great. So many restaurants (Asian, Greek, Swiss, Italian) very close to the hotel where you can get good meals. I strongly recommend Yen's Asian Restaurant which is like 200 yards opposite the hotel. The staff were very nice, the hotel was spotless, very very clean, and we got so many good tips on what to do, where to go to etc. We were even told to do Uber as it's far cheaper. To cap it all, our continental adapter was not working, apparently Switzerland use a slightly different type, and the hotel gave us 2 type J adapters to use during our stay. Finally we found out that we mistakenly took the key card away with us and when I contacted them to tell them, they answered very nicely. I highly recommend this hotel when in Zurich. It was away from the centre which made it a calm and relaxing area to retire to after a long day, but also close enough to get to the major bus or train stations. Perfect!

The hotel made a very positive impression from the first moment. The receptionist was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, always happy to explain everything in detail and assist with any questions. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which added to the overall comfort. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to choose this hotel again.

La propreté de la chambre . + près de la vielle ville.

Cons:

Difficile à trouver depuis la gare.pris, un taxi à 45 €. C’est énorme. Dans la chambre y’à ni frigo ni bouilloire ni cafe,the...enfin les choses basiques qu’on trouvent généralement dans les hôtels à moins qu’on aient supprimer tout çà. Pas de tiquets gratuits pour les transports en commun que normalement font tous les hôtels en Suisse.

Outstanding hospitality and a wonderful stay

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Switzerland. Everything was excellent — the location, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort exceeded my expectations.

I would especially like to commend Cortina at the reception desk. Her warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference in our stay. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly welcome, was always helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

Thanks to Cortina and the entire team, this was a memorable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.
