So einen Deal hätte ich in Zürich nicht erwartet. Ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist großartig, wunderbarer Fussweg an den See. Alles ist sauber und adrett. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlägt alles. Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut. Vor der Tür Restaurants und Bars. Der Weg zum Bahnhof, ein Katzensprung.

Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbäder sind sehr sauber

Cons:

Das einzige Fenster bzw. die Balkontür des Zimmers haben in einen Innenhof mit Bewegungsmelder geführt. Der Rollo der Balkontür hat sich nicht richtig schließen lassen und der Bewegungsmelder ist nachts ständig angegangen, sodass regelmäßig Licht ins Zimmer geflutet ist. Noch dazu hat man die ganze Nacht Krach von den Anwohnern gehört. Schlafen war hier nicht möglich, besonders bei über 30 Grad, da man die Balkontür nicht einfach geschlossen lassen konnte - der winzige Raum hat sich bei geschlossener Tür zu stark aufgeheizt. Ein Zimmerwechsel in ein ruhigeres Zimmer war am nächsten Tag möglich, allerdings erst nach der zweiten Beschwerde an der Rezeption.

One effordable night stay in Zürich.
Pros:

Single room with sink under the roof. Everything perfect. Shared bathroom and shower was ok for one night.
Breakfast with Bircher Müesli. Friendly recepcionist.

Cons:

Slow elevator, but ... working! :-)
