For the price and location it is perfect for a little weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend

Location is perfect. Close to Chase Field, entertainment arena, shopping, restaurants…

Cons:

Parking is expensive and pretty much nonexistent.

I would not ever stay here again.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok but the rooms floor and tables were filty. The parking was real inconvenient so used the valet who don't help with much of anything, had to struggle with our luggage by ourselves. I reserved a king but got 2 queens. The price of rooms is way high for the service you get.
