Excellent hotel. Fabulous location next to the Abu Dhabi Mall, where you can nip in for food, shopping and anything you need. The hotel has an excellent gym, and a big beach for sunbathing. Attentive staff. Shout out to Charles on the front desk, a Camaroonian who brought smiles and fun to a stressful situation. I'll be back.

Our stay at Beach Rotana was truly exceptional, especially considering the difficult circumstances during our visit. In a time of uncertainty and military conflict, we found calm, safety, and above all genuine kindness here.

The entire hotel team took outstanding care of us with professionalism, empathy, and sincere willingness to help. Everyone – from the reception staff to the restaurant teams and housekeeping – was incredibly kind, supportive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. During such stressful moments, their approach meant more to us than words can express.

A special mention also goes to the cuisine. The food was absolutely amazing – diverse, fresh, and of an exceptionally high standard. Every meal was not only a culinary experience but also a moment when we could briefly forget about the situation outside.

The sea was beautifully clean and well maintained, which we truly appreciated. There were always enough sunbeds available both by the pool and on the beach, so we never had to worry about finding a place to relax.

The pool is a bit smaller and more suitable for cooling off rather than for longer swimming sessions, but it is very pleasant and well kept. Inflatable floats and water loungers are allowed in the sea, but not in the pool.

For us, Beach Rotana was not just a hotel, but a true safe haven. We are deeply grateful for everything and will always remember this experience with appreciation.

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only high-quality service and excellent gastronomy, but also a place where you truly feel cared for and safe.

Fantastic hotel excellent service throughout from all staff we had the pleasure of serving us we would definitely return we left on the day the troubles started literally as we were air borne the airspace closed we hope it is over soon so we can look forward to returning in September ♥️🇦🇪

Just returned from Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi last Thursday. this was our 5th visit to the hotel. Would go again. Very friendly staff, beautiful specious rooms above 7th floor, very clean, fantastic swimming pool, and the staff at the swimming pool bar are fantastic particularly Navin.
Recommend all inclusive dine around option as the food is really good at all the Ala carte restaurants.

Very impressed with everything at this hotel . So many excellent dining options and the dine around all inclusive package was fabulous . Food and service all excellent and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Would certainly return.

This is an exceptional hotel, staff are all
attentive and excellent. If I was to single
out one thing from our amazing time at this hotel it would be the buffet, the quality and diversity of the food far beyond any buffet we have experienced elsewhere. We intend coming back in May it’s that good!

Although we had eaten in a few of the restaurants over the years, this was our first stay. We had 10 nights on the all inclusive dine around package booked through Etihad holidays. This is an excellent hotel with excellent restaurants. We tried most of the restaurants including Essence, the hotel dining room which served excellent food.
Indigo, nice food, nice atmosphere, good service.
Prego’s, food just OK, service poor.
Essence, food excellent, so much choice, good service.
Rodeo grill, brilliant food and excellent friendly service.
Trader Vic’s, brilliant food and excellent friendly service.
Brauhaus, nice food, good service.
Bayview, where we spent our days by the pool. Excellent food, excellent service. Thanks to Dharmesh for organising cake on my wife’s birthday and his general attentiveness during our stay. Thanks to Navin and the team for keeping everything organised, great job folks! Thanks also to Abdallah for keeping the toilets, locker room and spa area very tidy.

The dine around option is a must over the all inclusive package where you can only eat and drink in the Essence restaurant. The available food and drink options are exceptional and I would challenge anyone to say the choices are poor. Just remember, when out for the evening, you can only drink in the restaurant you are eating in. Should not be a problem though. Also, make sure you book in the finer months where evenings are lovely and outside seating may be at a premium.

I had a wonderful experience at Essence restaurant.
Imesha provided excellent service throughout my visit. She welcomed me warmly and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made my dining experience special.

We stayed at Beach Rotana for six nights. It was a great experience. The landscaping and gardens are beautiful and really well maintained. The whole hotel is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned regularly, plus every evening housekeeping pop by to ask if you have what you need. We were all inclusive (standard) and the main restaurant did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the staff were fantastic. Especially Alvin who constantly checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed. The only thing that could have been improved is - we could only go to Trader Vics in the evening after dinner, as this was the only area included in our package. It would have been nice to sit outside especially as Trader Vics allows smoking and I am asthmatic. We will definitely return here but next time do All inclusive plus so that we can sample some of the other amazing restaurants.

This is our second visit to this resort, for 14 days, end of January & February, and we felt that that the staff and services were even better than the last visit. The door men, potter were always smiling & ready to help with opening the car and main entrance doors and ordering the taxis, The reception staff were excellent and always willing to help.
The main restaurant staff, from management to waiters or waitresses were all wonderful, very helpful, polite, always smiling and it seemed no job was not theirs or too big for them. The restaurant, top management, the staff who received us and who who showed us to the table from day one knew about my limited mobility and special dietary requirements and my husbands love of masala tea. We were always offered a table near the buffet area and at breakfast without asking pots of masala tea would be served . The chefs and his team always offered us tasty meals and were very helpful with my dietary requirements and cooking my meals..
The pool/beach staff were all smiling, very polite and helpful. After few days they knew where we liked to sit and they knew we would take the fruit we had bought from the mall to eat and without asking they would bring us the cutlery. The cleaners in both changing rooms very good at making sure the area was kept dry.
Our room cleaner on the 7th floor was very good, asking us every time she saw us if the room needs cleaning, do we need any thing,
.Th attached mall made it an extra good location.
A big thank you to each and every member in each and every area. It is impossible to pick a member of staff who was very good as they were all excellent.
Just one suggestion to make the visit even better.
If one does not want to eat at the main restaurant than they should be given a voucher enabling them to redeem it at any other restaurant and pay the excess amount.

I am just back from a lovely trip to Abu Dhabi where my husband and I stayed at the Beach Rotana on an All Inclusive package. The hotel is stunning, All the stff were amazing, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. When we arrived we were given the AI options and where we could eat and drink. The alcoholic options were grey for us, crlsberg beer or kronenbourg for my husband with lots of lovely wine options along with great cocktails albeit limited choice. I will say though if anyone is looking to choose the AI option be aware that options are very very limited to where you can sit in the eveningif you want an alcoholic drink being only the Traders Vic restaurant/bar which is a Smoking bar. This became quite unbearable at times and not great for my asthmatic husband. After 4 nights we had enough and asked if there was another option to be told we could sit in the outside area of the buffet restaurant! The hotel has a lovely courtyard area, which we were not allowed to sit in with a AI drink. We ended up sitting there the last two nights and just paid for drinks. So be aware the options are not great for AI, if choosing this option then I would advise the AI Plus as way more option. I also felt the pool was a little far away from the main building with again our only option to eat during the day was back at the buffet restaurant. We had no options from the pool /beach menu. The staff at the beach were fantastic and very attentive, especially, Morshud, Ashoka, Vamshi and Danesh. The pool bar staff were also fantastic. We made it to the in-house gym a Couple of mornings which was a great gym, very well equipped. We made a reservation at the Rodeo Grill one evening and I think it was one of the best steaks I’ve tasted and had great service from Dolma. This hotel is really well situated to the Galleria and a nice walk to the Corniche area. All in all we had a really good time at this hotel just a little disappointed by the AI options .

Absolutely loved our stay at the Rotana, staff and food exceptional.

Hotel and grounds are gorgeous.
My only gripe is that we paid to upgrade to all inclusive plus yet we had to pay for drinks consumed after 11pm and the two evening bars closed at 1am and 3am.

Nice hotel, but they were ongpoing building works with lots of noise furing the night. They said they would stop soon, but the kpt going on for hours. No way to concentrate on work or sleep. I didn't receive an explanation nor compensation.

Beautiful hotel. Firstly I'd like to show my appreciation to Charles and Sei for their customer service. Charles was excellent and made us feel at home. We liked the breakfast and the range of restaurants. We also liked to show our appreciation to a server at the Bay View restaurant. Forget his name bu hd canadian accent. The pool and around was very good

That people could smoke by the pool and in certain restaurants, especially in this day and age and also with children around. The rooms are a bit dated and need updating

We have stayed at the hotel many times always on the Al inclusive dine around the restaurants and Bars are fantastic

I have previously given the hotel 5 stars but this visit was spoiled by a very rude abrupt lady at check in unfortunately I forgot to get take her name not what you expect !!

The pool and beach area are superb run by a great team they are simply the best bunch of guys who work so hard Navin, Robin, Carlo, Jason, Joseph, Aasish, Manoj, Dharmesh, Vishnu and Alizan you are all a credit to the hotel sorry if I have misspelt anyone’s name

Our favourite restaurants are Rodeo grill and Trader Vics who
have the most amazing staff and delicious food but all the restaurants are fantastic

My wife and I are currently at the Beach Rotana having a lovely time. The best thing about the hotel are the fantastic staff, they really can’t do enough for you. The lads at the pool bar deserve a particular mention, deep breath, Navin, Carlo, Allan, Jeffery, Mano, Roman,,Akashis, Johan, Darmesh, Jason, Ashok, Joseph, Robin, Min. all go above and beyond. Highly recommend the dine around plus option, so far we have loved Trader Vic’s and the Rodeo Grill. Will definitely come back.

Having visited 6 or 7 times, usually with my family, I’ve just returned from a holiday with my Mum. As always we had a fantastic time; with lovely food, a beautiful outlook and extremely attentive staff.
A MASSIVE thank you to Navin at Bay View, he truly is an asset to the hotel! Always friendly, helpful and going over and above to provide top class service. We look forward to seeing you every time :-)
