Very pretty hotel and gardens..amazing female Manager..excellent English,caring & knowledgeable.

Cons:

Last minute booking so room was rather basic..no hairdryer..lacked sufficient towels but were provided with them.upon request..didn't manage to understand the air con!

Bien localisé pour court séjour à la découverte de Valladolid
Pros:

La gentillesse du réceptionniste
L’emplacement proche du centre
Le petit déjeuner 👍

Cons:

La propreté de la piscine
L’absence de fenêtre dans nos chambres très sombres
L’absence de parking même si notre voiture de location n’a subit aucun dommage.

Cómodo y bonito hotel en el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, habitaciones muy amplias con bastante espacio, cama muy cómoda. El hotel es bonito, cuenta con jardín y con piscina. ofrecen desayuno a la carta con buena relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

La ducha no funcionó bien una de las noches, no tenía presión ni agua caliente. Parece que es algo habitual ya que lo leí en comentarios de otros hoteles.
Algo más caro que otros hoteles de la zona, pero sus grandes habitaciones merecen la pena para tener comodidad

Bel hôtel, très propre et bien placé

Cons:

Dommage que le service commercial ne soit pas commerçant !! Nous avons du écourter notre séjour car avions oublié nos passeports à 200km mais la direction n’a rien voulu savoir et nous avons dû payer des pénalités d’annulation alors que nous avons dormi sur place.
Le service « commercial » ne pense qu’à faire de l’argent. Dommage pour un hôtel présent sur Booking.com

Pros:

Location was amazing, in dead center of Valladolid. Very nice restaurants and cafes to visit in the vicinity. Street parking is free, but you might need to make a few rounds around the block to find a free spot (avoid the yellow lines on the curb!)

Cons:

Our room was without a balcony, and in retrospect it would have been nicer to get one with a balcony. Partially because of this, the room was a bit dark too, but that's just how the whole room is in our specific part of the hotel. But once you leave your room, everything else in the hotel is even prettier!

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel.
Il a un bon rapport qualité/prix.
Possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner sur place à un tarif raisonnable.
La piscine est petite mais pratique pour les fins de journée chaude.
La proximité du Chichen Itza (45 minutes de route)
L'hôtel est bien situé tout proche de la place centrale et des restaurants.

Le lit double était un peu petit.
