Excellent hotel to visit Valladolid and the surrounding area
Pros:

- location: quiet, nice area, 5 mins walk to central square
- room was very big with private small terrace (we booked the superior room with 2 double beds)
- staff was super friendly
- very clean
- patio and area around the pool are very green and cosy
- shower: big and good pressure
- parking: public and on the street, but free and we found a spot every day in the street of the hotel
- pool towels offered that can be changed daily

Cons:

- room was light (darker curtains would be nice)
- more sun beds are needed around the pool (only enough for 6 people now)
- a LOT of mosquitos around the pool and in the room (not the hotel’s fault but make sure to bring DEET spray when you are lying by the pool)

We were very happy with our stay and would definitely go back!

Très bon hôtel, bien situé
Pros:

Surclassés d'une chambre double à une chambre king size sans rien demandé, la chambre était grande, propre et bien équipée. La réception H24 est appréciable et la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place aussi.
Très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pieds.

Great hotel in perfect location
Pros:

The staff was great. When arrived they gave a detailed description of Valladolid and suggested local places to eat, along how to visit Chichén Itzá. Room, grounds and WiFi was great, along with the location in town.

Cons:

All worked out perfectly. Minor suggestion: serve breakfast a little earlier for people visiting Chichen Itza, can get a 7am start.
