My Dream Place Hotel - Near Robinsons Mall Butuan

After arriving we were told that due to renovations we had been rebooked to My Stay Hotel beside SM Mall. This ended up being a blessing as we were happy with the convenience of the location for shopping and dining. There was parking out front of the hotel supervised at night by a security guard. The room was very clean and we were very happy with it. The breakfast included made it a wonderful stay for the price. I would recommend.

Inadequate toiletry supplies for 3 people in room

Only supply soap and shampoo for one person but rent room to three. It's little things like that which seperate an okay hotel from a great hotel.

Need more towels , and shower in 107 was not working

My wife and her sister and my daughter stayed there for one night to catch a flight somewhere else they are very happy with their stay thank you very much

Near to shopping mall and

This was my worst hotel nightmare yet.
I got to the airport and no one was there from the hotel as I requested. I called the owner of the hotel and he lied to me and said no one was available. Then I arrive at the hotel and I am told that they were full and had lost my reservation. Would not even assist me in getting another hotel. It was late and raining.

In spite of being an inexpensive hotel My Dream Place offers everything a traveller could want....very comfortable beds and pillows...clean and tidy...tv...toiletries...excellent shower...decent WiFi. The staff were excellent, very smiley welcoming polite and friendly. Breakfast, which was included in the cost of the room, was served in the restaurant and included the usual Filipino menu. Overall a pleasant experience. I would use this hotel again without hesitation.

Could not find our online reservation upon check-in. Rooms need a like blanket for the locals. Breakfast is free but the 15 item menu turned out to be two items. When we would check the box for the breakfast selection we were told that the selection was not available. Then went on for several selections until I requested to just check the items that were available. It was about three items. Orange juice is really orange drink.
The room is clean and the shower water is warm. This was my second stay at the hotel.

The room was great. We got more than what we paid for. Two Thumbs up.

It was good located, just a foot-walk from main road where you can easily commute to all places but not too loud.

Breakfast times are limited, if you need early checkout or similar they do not offer you anything else.
Breakfast selection very limited.
Forgot to make up room one day, even after reminding nothing happened and we manually collected new towels that night.
Certain things were not available, what is fine but then we were not even allowed to use a chair 20m away from the hotel to sit and relax in the sun.

Booked deluxe room (more expensive), but then wasn't able to get a queen bed so could have just paid the cheaper rate as no difference but didn't get a refund.

Some staff that was enployed was very friendly though, not so much some others who were in charge.

Booked for 3 received 2 towels asked for 3rd never received. Also nice bathroom but yet no toilet seat.

Comfortable room, clean & safe. Close in to many sights. Nice quiet now location off of main boulevard. Enjoyable stay.
