It was ok as we only stayed the 1 night
Pros:

The $ was reasonable. The Breakfast was great! Location was next to freeway to avoid city traffic. Outside and inside was clean and nice.

Cons:

Needs new curtains, they had holes in them. a real turn off! No water for making coffee.
