Very nice
Pros:

It was clean. They had good food.

Cons:

The person who did my check in could not “find” my reservation. Once I offered to show him my reservation on my phone, he was able to “find” my reservation. It did not make me feel welcome.

We had an awesome stay this is our go to hotel when we come to the desert

It was a great stay, however, we wanted to enjoy the pool and could not do so because it was very dirty.

Clean rooms bad experience with cost of the room

Cons:

I had booked a room 2 weeks in advance thru booking.com the charge was $157

It was never booked at the Hotel even though I had a confirmation booking number

We ended up paying over $250 instead

It was a comfortable 10 night stay and very quiet.
Pros:

Really liked the staff. Melanie at the front desk was most helpful in trying to locate a piece of mail that I was expecting. She spent extra time helping me. The breakfast was very good with plenty of selection.

Cons:

The pool area defines needs help. It is not at all inviting as just a very drab area . Can’t they at least provide some greenery, flower pots or some form of color. It’s just all concrete with soon shade. Needs some umbrella seating.
