Worst checkin experience. Receptionist was not able to check me in because of an error with booking!
Cons:

I could not check in the hotel because of a technical issue in the hotel system with booking.com
Although I booked thru booking.com and had payment confirmation and email, the hotel system had an error or the request from booking.com had an error, and so I had to find another hotel!
Being a bonvoy gold member, this is by far the worst experience with any of my hotel stays. Complete waste of 2 hours because of a technical issue I didn’t have any control over, and the receptionist didn’t know what to do, so she just asked me to leave!

Pros:

The facilities were very nice. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

It's a little overpriced. The valet cost is ridiculous ($55-65/night!). Bathroom area is a little tight for more than one woman to get dressed. Lol

Perfecto para una estancia corta.
Pros:

Está súper céntrico
Muy nuevo y muy limpio.

Cons:

Quizás la recepción atípica. Un mostrador muy pequeño. En el segundo piso.. Muy próxima a la cafetería con mucho “ruido”

Pros:

We liked that there was a bar and a restaurant

Cons:

There was a lot of homeless people around and approaching. Yelled nonsense at us and it didn’t feel safe. The room was small and not the cleanest.

Pros:

Had breakfast at the Caroline on the way out right before checkout. Was very good. He the egg white omelet and my wife had the avocado toast. Would recommend both.

Cons:

Not much at all to not like. If I had to pick anything, it would probably be the temperature of room. I had the air all the way down on 65, but it never seemed to reach that temp, and woke up hot both mornings. Might just be a me thing, as I sleep with the air very cold at home. Not taking away from the rating for that though.
