Pros:

Convenient to walk to wherever we like to go and the hotel is awesome they have a bar and a restaurant it has everything you need. We love it and stay every time we visit Austin tx.

I will be recommending Aloft to others and will certainly stay again on my next visit to Austin.
Pros:

Perfect location. The rooms were serene, comfortable and very clean.
After a 9 hour drive, it was so nice to meet Anita at check in. She was very welcoming, personable and able to answer my questions regarding the surrounding city area. Every staff member I met whether housecleaning, maintenance, or valet were all friendly. You have a wonderful staff in Austin.

My truck was damaged by the valet driver that Aloft uses. They hit a column in the parking garage. This will be in my reviews of the hotel.

Ac unit wasn’t blowing hard enough took forever for room to get cold. Lowest temp was 67 had it set for 65

I'm glad i chose to stay at aloft, i will definitely be staying there again next time I'm in austin.
Pros:

What i absolutely loved the most about aloft was the 11pm check out time. I don't feel rushed to leave or have to force myself to wake up and get ready, that alone made me want to stay there again. As soon as i arrived, a valet worker approached me and let me know what my options were for parking. It was so fast and easy , i was inside the hotel within minuites of arriving. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. They seemed excited to help me with anything I needed. That was the cherry on top of my experience there. I would, and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I myself will be staying there again.

Cons:

I tried to think, but I can't think of a single thing i didn't like. everything exceeded my expectations and my overall stay was great.

Not bad for Austin
Pros:

Location during early evening hours is nice, many restaurant choices within walking distance.

Cons:

Valet fees are unreasonable for a mere 3 star hotel. Mattress is hard and not comfortable. Downtown Austin is a high crime area; hence, noise from emergency vehicles disrupts sleep.
