Pros:

There wasn't any issue with room or hotel. Very satisfied.

Cons:

Listening to hard door slams all night. People sitting out on the deck, you could hear on the third floor. There was a bit of an issue for a few extra towels. There were 3 women in the room. Breakfast was just ok since it advertised a good breakfast. Pancake maker was not working right. But there was something else to grab.

Very nice stay, would stay again!

Staff was incredibly friendly, there was a broken connection between booking and Holiday Inn that caused a delay on arrival, unsure who's fault it was but the staff was incredibly friendly and apologetic. Very clean, safe, comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

small things. the booking had a mix-up could have been either Holiday Inn or Booking.com but it was resolved.
coffee maker in our room didn't work, we just got coffee downstairs instead.
