Staff was incredibly friendly, there was a broken connection between booking and Holiday Inn that caused a delay on arrival, unsure who's fault it was but the staff was incredibly friendly and apologetic. Very clean, safe, comfortable. Nice breakfast.
small things. the booking had a mix-up could have been either Holiday Inn or Booking.com but it was resolved.
coffee maker in our room didn't work, we just got coffee downstairs instead.

The front desk clerk refused to provide a receipt at check out. Told me to get it from 3rd party booking. Which turned out to be impossible
