Pros:

the comfort rooms are dirty.. no soap and shampoo provided.. you need to buy from their store... rooms are dirty. cockroaches are everywhere..even if the windows are closed, there are mosquitoes inside... super dusty floorings... aircon doesnt cool... upon arrival, they even said that I have no booking wherein I had paid using my card...

When we arrived the staff is not ready for us no toilet paper, the towels are like rugs, internet are only in the front desk with a weak signal, location are bad and the building is old. I will not recommend to any of my friends.9

We waste our time when we came there to get our reservation they said we are not in log book schedule for that reservation. How can i contact hotel .com to complain about this horoblle experience

Cockroaches and inexperienced young staff.
Pros:

A windowless ground floor room with a fan that gave you an electric shock if touched.

2 Cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 at the foot of the bed. Rotting woodwork a haven for creepy crawlies.

The 1st floor room with a "window" consisted of broken lats with shreded mosquito netting leaving guests exposed to any night crawlers or biters.

Pros:

We arrived in the wee of hours of morning from an 8 hour drive from Manila and when we arrive the room we reserved is not available and was taken by someone else.

We took a single room to sleep 2 adults and 3 kids. They provided extra bed but stills feels cramped inside the small room. Shower not working. Small TV, Wifi available but not working.
