Pros:

Front desk staff is friendly, kind, accommodating. Location is fantastic, very convenient parking. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. We'll definitely be back.

Very clean, nice rooms great shower

Cons:

Beds are a little hard for my liking. And parking had to park in a garage. Did not notify us that we actually had to pay for that granted.It wasn't much but still could have been told.I assumed that it was free for a hotel guests

DOUG at the front desk! His friendliness and attention to detail made ALL the difference for us.

Cons:

The HILTON IVR and phone system. I was delayed for driving up in a snowstorm and wanted to make sure our room would not be given away. The IVR sent us in circles, then it required the confirmation by typed in to the phone. Sorry, not while driving and getting off the highway to do so seemed like a bad idea. Maybe your revenue managers think you are saving a lot of money by prefiltering calls but this took it too far.

The FOOD service. Whatever food supply company is delivering plastic wrapped "fresh" fruit to the breakfast bar needs to make sure the fruit is not bruised and rotten and just held together by wasteful plastic cling wrap.

Nice hotel but was told card skimmers do not work.
Pros:

Clean hotel, great location within short walking distance of all kinds of restaurants and shops. The only thing I did not like was the front desk clerk said both of the credit/debit card skimmers on the counter were not working and I would have to hand her my card for her to process my transaction when I checked in. I do not like handing my card to people, I like the security of a skimmer and swiping the card myself.
