After arriving home from my stay at this Hilton I realized that the hotel staff stole 3 pieces of clothing from a bag in my hotel room. I have called numerous times for a resolution to this situation and have not had any luck receiving a response from the hotel security team.

I enjoyed the mall. Me and my family were able to come out of our rooms and go straight to the cinema to watch a movie without leaving the building.
I didn’t like that my mom’s room didn’t had a refrigerator or a functioning iron. When she called the front desk they took hours to bring one until she had to call again and demand it.

Worst experience, the hotel was out of power during my stay so I had no AC, use service stairs, the room was dirty all the time, the room concierge was unhelpful, the manager never show up even though my requests. Please avoid it!
Great facility convenient location

My stay was great, the property had access to shops movies and food services. Parking was convenient and covered.
Hotel is very well located. The only thing is they run out of hot water every day. I had a cold shower for 10 days
Pet friendly
The property definitely needs some updating. The baseboards were falling off, the shower caulking has mold, the mattress needs to be replaced. The bedding and the towels are beyond worn out.
Room was very dirty, pool was extremely dirty and covered in bird poop, room was only made for one person and there was two of us, no mini fridge, holes in the walls, broken door and the room was very humid for two days. A very bad stay.
Bedding full of hair. Bathroom needs lots of cleaning. Breakfast absolutely blame. Much better have breakfast at the restaurants in the mall. Had to change rooms twice. It is a shame a Hilton property offers this low quality level.
