Pros:

We liked the bad, very good mattress! All was very clean, personal was very helpful and kind. Very beautiful hall area.

Cons:

Breakfast would be better. No vegetables at all. Elevator sometime had a mistake with card and level.

Cons:

The attitude of the front desk clerk when I questioned how the hotel accommodates guests that are there on a bus trip. How does the hotel accommodate them when it comes to the breakfast buffet and she just kept saying that three are entitled to the breakfast just like every other guest. The only reason I asked this is I wanted to find out if bus trip guests dine at the same time (at least 40 people) and if they were going to eat at a particular time in the morning, so we would avoid that time because it would be much too crowded. She was very rude with a vague answer. Otherwise there are no other complaints about this hotel. Thank you!!

the stay and room was very comfortable. I'd return in a heart beat.
Pros:

breakfast and location was perfect. no complaints, fresh food, good coffee, the breakfast staff young lady was very helpful and the kitchen was very well setup for my needs. the kitchen and breakfast tables were kept clean too.

Cons:

unfortunately the person above my room was heavy footed and I heard him/her walking back and forth while I was in my bed.

Hotel was beautifully decorates and spotless clean.

The breakfast was dedevious! Good variety and very clean. The customer service was excellent.
