Angelo checked me in a bit early due to an unexpected hiccup in our trip & was the most delightful Hampton enployee I've ever come across in spite of coming off an overnight shift. He was so courteous & helpful to us that we knew we were at the right place!

Cons:

This property stops breakfast early so if you're there only 30-45 minutes before it ends, they've already cleared away everything. I had to have someone from the back bring some milk out so I could eat the cereal they hadn't put up yet.
We also had some long magenta colored hairs allover our bathroom that really stood out against the white shower & tile floor.

Anniversary getaway
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel. We went for an anniversary/swim getaway. The hotel is wonderfully clean. Sarah at customer service is the sweetest person. Yadira decorated our room with balloons for our anniversary. My hubs and teenager loved them. The breakfast lady is so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, I wanted to swim. We don’t have access to a pool and I have a bad back that feels better in a pool, but the pool here was out of commission. No warning on the website or when we called the 1800# to book the reservation. I actually cried in the lobby. I would stay here again, just verify the pool is working first.

I would never choose to stay in this place again
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, location was tolerable but too far from the center of town.

Cons:

This property charges premium prices for an old, musty smelling room, that looks like it was designed and created in the 1970's. The lack of any hint of modern facilities, except the TV, was disappointing and caused a lot of regret in choosing this place. Glad to have gotten out of there, but the pain in the wallet was felt knowing that the fees charged were not worth what was received in value in this property and room.

Lady the run the breakfast room, Diane, made the trip better, She talked with us like we were family.

I'm sure the bank will catch it. but on my bank statement they charge me two times for the same room on the same day.

Location was good, right near Publix and restaurants. Was clean and comfortable but lots of road noise from the intersta
Pros:

Location was good so we could walk to the Strawberry Festival to avoid all the traffic and parking fees.

Cons:

They didn’t mention the pool was going to be out of service due to maintenance and wouldn’t even let us sit out there on the lounge chairs to eat our lunch. Kids were very bummed about that and so were we. We payed a lot for just one night and wish we could have took advantage of using the pool.

Service with a Smile
Pros:

We checked in for an overnight to see a show at the Strawberry Festival and were greeted by the nicest and most professional front desk clerks. They were incredibly helpful and informative. Providing tips and instructions and information on the festival and surrounding area. Even some fun strawberry parfaits for breakfast, which we sadly didn’t have the opportunity to try. This is a super clean location and all the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly. Great location for the festival too. Huge shout out to Sarah, Alyssa and Amy. We will see you again next season.
