Wij werden slecht behandeld. We hadden geboekt van 20 t/m 25 mei. Op 23 mei werden we aangesproken dat we de hotel moesten verlaten, mijn vrouw had een kleine operatie gehad, dat was de reden om te gaan vertrekken. İk vroeg een officiële besluit hierover, maar konden ze niet laten zien. Het zou veranderd zijn vanaf 1 januari 2026, dit hoor ik voor het eerst en zoiets bestaat ook niet. Vreemde van het verhaal is, op dezelfde dag konden wij in een andere wijk terecht bij een andere Hilton hotel. Daar vonden ze het ook een raar verhaal. Meest pijnlijke is, werd gezegd, jullie moeten nu vertrekken anders moeten we dwingen, terwijl we probeerden te begrijpen. Kosten vervoer naar het ander hotel en het verschil, werd niet vergoed. want andere hotel was wat duurder.
İk heb de afgelopen dagen officiële besluit afgewacht maar niet ontvangen. Daarom zet ik mijn verhaal nu hier, ik heb aan de manager ook aangegeven dat ik het gesprek met hem op ga nemen, met akkoord heb ik dat ook opgenomen.

Locatie netheid en personeel.
Vooral personeel in her restaurant en keuken.
En bij de receptie dame medine heeft ons goed geholpen..

Cons:

Bijna niks. Alleen in de avond had ik water gevraagd die zijn ze vergeten te brengen.

Pros:

Centrally located and the mall was a bonus .
Waiters at breakfast were helpful and kind.

Cons:

The little irritations.
Bedroom closet door not working.
Tea station had no fresh milk.
Constantly having to call reception to refill .
The chefs at breakfast have no idea how to prepare an omelette or eggs sunny side up.
I didn't feel the Hilton experience

Pros:

Mitarbeiter an der Lobby sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und sauber. Super Lage zu allen Standorten und direkten Zugang zum Einkaufszentrum. Taxis immer verfügbar.

Cons:

Dusche ist fűr eingeschränkte Menschen nicht gut.Etwas rutschgefahr ansonsten nichts auszusetzen:-)
