Maalesef personel ilgili bir alakalı değil odamızda camdan su damlıyordu ve yaptıkları tek şey oraya bir havlu koymak oldu maalesef sonrasını ne bir takip eden veya bizim konforumuzu düşünen kimse olmadı konuyla ilgili takipçi olan olmadı bütün gece tıkırtı sesinden uyuyamadık oda değiştirmek istediğimizde odalarin dolu olduğunu söylendi ve değişiklik de olmadı.
Verdiğimiz ücret karşılığında aldığımız hizmete yazık oldu.
Otopark rezervasyona dahil ve ücretsiz iken kiralık araç tesliminde 800 TL avm otopark parası talep edildi.
Otelin konumu güzel AVM ile iç içe.

Great Stay
Pros:

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul for one night while traveling with my wife, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and we both slept really well. Breakfast was also good, with a decent variety to start the day.

One standout feature of this hotel is the direct access to the mall from the M floor via the elevator. This is a huge convenience—you don’t even need to step outside the building to get food, shop for clothes, or visit a pharmacy.

The hotel itself is fairly standard but delivers exactly what you’d expect in terms of comfort and service, which I appreciate.

Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay, especially if you value easy access to shopping and essentials.

Cons:

The only minor downside was a noticeable patch on the carpet in the room, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.
