Excellent place
Pros:

Clean friendly staff and security and I felt safe. Comfortable and cozy.

Water bottles was kept for free first day . But after vacating the room they charged 6$ for the water bottles

Pros:

Hotel foarte bine amplasat pentru punctele de interes turistic si pentru metrou. M-am simtit foarte bine pentru ca am fost foarte placut surprins de curatenie, care se face in fiecare zi, inclusiv schimbat prosoapele. Camera este spatioasa, salteaua patului este foarte buna, cu patru perne, asa incat somnul este confortabil.
Camera are un mini frigider, seif si chiar cuptor cu microunde. Internetul este foarte bun.
Hotelul este la aprox. 50 de metri de 8 av., intr-o zona care mi s-a parut relativ ok, chiar si noaptea. Statia Penn este la aprox. 200 metri. La receptie este apa filtrata si rece gratuit si un mini punct de vanzare cu ceva cosmetica, dulciuri, rontaieli si bauturi. Personalul este foarte amabil si chiar dornic sa ajute. Barul/ restaurantul de la parter are preturi ok si este deschis pana la ora 23.
Mi-a placut foarte mult hotelul si, daca revin in NY, voi sta tot aici.

Cons:

Geamurile nu izoleaza fonic asa cum mi-as fi dorit.

The location was amazing. The staff were friendly. It was clean. LiAnna was the absolute best, so accommodating and she checked on us throughout the weekend to make sure we were enjoying our accommodations.

We asked the hotel if it would be possible to store our luggage for a few hours after our stay, before heading to the airport. We were told that this service is not available unless you have an active reservation at the property.

I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this is the first time I have ever encountered such a policy. Even basic hotels usually offer luggage storage for a few hours as a courtesy to their guests after check-out.

Very disappointing experience and customer service.

Good choice in Midtown Manhattan
Pros:

I chose this hotel because I was only in Manhattan for a day and just needed something inexpensive and convenient. This Hilton Garden Inn delivered. It’s located a few blocks from Penn Station, Hudson Yards and everything in Midtown Manhattan. The room was small but nicely updated. I splurged on an upgrade with a huge 20-foot floor-to-ceiling window. Not much of a view but an interesting feature and even a luxury feel even though it is a value brand.
