The clean room and the atmosphere, attention and the pool and the beach are great , the fire pit and the tiki bar are super great

I just have to take a moment to recognize someone who truly made my stay special—Ruby, who manages the towels at the Hilton. It might seem like a small role, but Ruby brings such warmth and care to it that it becomes something memorable.

Every time I saw her, she greeted me with a genuine smile that could brighten anyone’s day. She was always kind, attentive, and ready to help without hesitation. Whether it was making sure I had fresh towels right when I needed them or simply offering a friendly hello, Ruby made the experience feel personal and welcoming.

It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats every guest with such consistent kindness. Ruby is a perfect example of how one person’s attitude can elevate an entire stay.

Hilton is lucky to have her—and so are the guests who get to meet her.

The rooms are clean and spacious and the view is absolutely amazing.
The beach is just a few short steps from the pool. What more could you ask for?

This has become my favorite place to stay when I'm in the area. It's a very well maintained property with top notch amenities and incredible views of the gulf. But where they really shine is the staff! Specifically Pebble! She's so very sweet and kind and goes out of her way to make sure you have a great stay every time. Whether you're at the hotel for a night or two weeks, she makes you feel like an old friend immediately. That hospitality will bring me back for years to come! You won't be disappointed with a stay here!

Pebble, shevahn and Maggie at the front desk are all very courteous, very sweet and tended to our needs. Very pleasant to work with very accommodating you couldn’t ask for a better crew at your front counter.

AMAZING hotel! I just wish I could go all the time! Ms.Ruby was great to my son. We were there for a week and each day couldn’t wait to go see her and talk. Everyone was friendly. Pool and beach access was amazing. Pool side bar was great!!!! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Walton Beach. The location truly can’t be beat—right on the beach with easy access to everything in the area. It made getting around and enjoying the ocean incredibly convenient.

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Maggie at the front desk—she went above and beyond to help get my kids a s’mores kit when there were none left to purchase. That small act meant so much and really made our stay extra special.

Between the great location and the outstanding service, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Walton Beach!

AMAZING! From the moment you check in, every staff member treats you like family. We were here for a little family get away and it was exactly what we needed! The renovations are stunning! Views for Days! Get the middle rooms looking at the ocean, SUPER BIG balconies! Ashley at the tiki bar made the best slushies for the tiny humans. I love that the pool is zero entry and basically shallow enough for the kids to play safely. Don’t skip out on having dinner there. The chef is top notch. The pickle fries are my fav! Also, I loved that the hotels work together and they had a live animal show and even Chase from Paw Patrol visit!

This BEACHFRONT hotel has been one of our favorites for many years. It has been recently updated and has a fresh clean look inside.

Both Pebble and Kyla at the front desk were amazing! 🤩 They took care of us when there was an issue with our credit card. We were able to get checked in and to our room quickly.

Pebble went out of her way to make sure our stay was wonderful. She assisted in booking for additional nights, as well.

I definitely recommend this hotel and the check-in/managerial staff.

We always looked forward to seeing Ms. Ruby she was delightful. Jake, Luke, and Bo Cahoon.

The staff was very accommodating and was attentive to my request. The rooms were clean and provided all amenities needed for a weekend getaway. I love that the property is beachfront and has a great indoor pool and outside pool. I also loved that shopping was close and restaurants were a quick drive away.

This hotel was awesome. Especially the beach side. The beach was amazing and swimmable in temperature and harshness of waves. The hotel offered a child amusement every day from an animal show to a scavenger hunt. The pool was the perfect temperature and there were plenty of chairs to lay out.

Also, it was centrally located to go carts, water slides, shops, restaurants, and more. I really can’t recommend it enough. They are still in process for a remodel, but there was no inconvenience to us.
