Great Location on the beach
Pros:

The location was awesome and the ck in person was very courteous.

Cons:

On the beach I found carpet was not clean. The toilet was for a toddler. Too low for adults. For the price we paid it could of had a sofa.

Gave me the wrong room I booked a room with balcony oceanfront when I got there they gave me a room without a balcony. They did move us to a room with balcony city view it a big disappointment as we like to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean I will not ever book a stay there again or go through booking.com.

Relaxing and perfect
Pros:

I love that it’s right in the beach, great location from the airport and close enough to all the great food in Destin without being in the middle of Destin

Cons:

Due to road construction it’s a pain to make a left a left out of the property but that is not their fault. Otherwise nothing that I don’t like about the property!

Excelente habitaciones e instalaciones. Piscina grande y la playa súper cerca, justo saliendo del hotel

Cons:

Muy poco personal para atender el restaurante, esperas demasiado largas solo para sentarte a ordenar la comida y luego esperar mil horas por la comida

Room was clean

Cons:

Staff not helpful , friendly , beach in front commercial will chair/umbrella rentals taking whole from row of beach , parking expensive and construction. My opinion I have stayed in a lot of cheaper places that impressed me more than this place.

Amazing
Pros:

This hotel is wonderful, it's clean, well appointed, and the food is good. The thing that takes it over the top is the staff. They are wonderful and have amazing customer service!

Cons:

I don't like booking.com. I didn't realize they aren't transparent with information. I needed to change this reservation and I understand that it was not refundable, but Booking sent me to the hotel, they explained to me that they are not able to change ANYTHING about reservations made through booking.com. It bothers me that booking.com wasn't transparent with the information.

Excelente hotel, mas o preço é apenas do apartamento, todo o restante é a parte.
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, muito bem localizado, praia maravilhosa, funcionários atenciosos. Você tem tudo perto. A praia tem acesso fácil pelo hotel, praticamente privativa. A piscina é bem disputada, mas pegamos temporada de férias escolares.
Agradeço a atenção especial que recebemos do supervisor Oniel.

Cons:

Eu havia entendido que o serviço de piscina como cadeiras e guarda sol estavam inclusos no preço, mas custam 60 dólares por dia. Se você pretende ir a outras praias vai gastar o mesmo, mas se a ideia é permanecer no Resort, o serviço NÃO é gratuito.
O café da manhã não estava incluso,mas há várias opções de locais próximos como IHOP
Estacionamento tem um preço razoável.

Wonderful experience and wonderful staff. Pebble was so warm, receptive and accommodating since the beginning of our time here. Very pleased with staff and service. Would definitely recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was kind and professional. Pebbles checked us in as if she was welcoming us home.

Pros:

So far from the minute we checked in everything has gone so smoothly. Mrs Pebbles at the front was so nice and friendly. Check in was fast & the easiest thing we've done on vacation thus far. This hotel is also pet friendly, we don't travel without our fur baby and he has been more comfortable here so far than anywhere before.
