Great facility and very nice room but the bed needs to updated with a pillow top or new mattress.

The room was clean and recently remodeled but the bed was hard as the floor. It was very difficult to sleep soundly because of the discomfort.

Pool, neighbor pool, access to the beach

Cons:

Broken kids games, pool stones lose, not very nice/ attentive to kids, it was Christmas no extra ideas extra/ additions offered, cards for a l card breakfast (took longtime get it), chairs in breakfast area were very old- lost there cloth, you got it stick on your trousers- super icky!!!

A Good hotel, but needs operational improvements and TLC in some locations.
Pros:

Overall the staff was very good and helpful with almost everything. Beds were comfortable and food at the restaurant was better than most places we ate at during the trip.

Cons:

Just simply saw signs of wear and tear in some areas of the hotel. Hotel had an unnecessary parking fee associated with the stay. Toilet in the room was constantly having its flapper stay up. Cause of it was not addressed other than being told to push it down. This meant removing the tank lid once or twice daily. Not what I want on a vacation. There's one wash off station on the property for anyone returning from the beach. A second one would've been helpful. Hotel gave wristbands for the pool that were not easy snap on/snap off.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! My family and I enjoyed everything! The hotel was so clean, which is at top of my list when searching for a hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be returning again! We had a great experience!
