Pros:

Персонал приветливый и готов помочь. Номера небольшие, иногда бегают тараканы но не мешают. Вайфай на верхних этажа чуть слабый но в целом терпимо. Расположение хорошее для диджитал номадов, доступны кафешки в пешей доступности и другие объекты

Abgesehen von der Lage und freundlichem Personal leider nichts.

Cons:

Doppelbett besteht aus 2 Matratzen die auseinander driften. Selbst bei der Ankunft kein Shampoo und Duschgel, erst auf Nachfrage. Toilettenpapier immer homöopathisch verteilt. Nach jeder Raumreinigung immer noch Verunreinigungen. Keinerlei Stauraum für Kleidung etc.

Transferred rooms 3 times due to cleanliness, security & comfort issues, so I had to cancel my stay.
Pros:

The location in Poblacion, Makati was convenient and accessible to the places I had appointments with during my stay. I also appreciate that the manager and front office staff were accommodating and made efforts to assist with my room concerns.

Cons:

The cleanliness, security, comfort, and overall value did not meet expectations or match the property’s advertised standards. I was transferred to three different rooms, but each had significant issues, including mosquitoes, unpleasant odor, a faulty door lock, inadequate cooling, and mold in the refrigerator. I was particularly concerned about the security of the second room, where the door lock was visibly defective. The maintenance response was also disappointing, as I was told that no one would open my room and that it was “safe,” rather than having the security issue properly addressed. These concerns ultimately led me to cancel my stay.

They could improve how they accept their security deposit
Pros:

Staff were accommodating

Cons:

Room had a leak.
The cash only security deposit was a hassle. I had to go to several 7/11s because the ones near are under maintenance.
