Great food and excellent service. Jeremy assisted us very well and was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A great place to celebrate birthdays or any special occasion. Highly recommended!

Had a really nice buffet experience at Seda Vertis North. The staff were very warm and accommodating, especially Mika, who took good care of us throughout our meal.

They were attentive to our needs and even gave us a free cake even though it wasn’t my birthday, which was really sweet and unexpected. Overall, great service and a pleasant dining experience. Would definitely recommend!

Unexpectedly nice dining and hotel experience!! The buffet staff are friendly and always greet us good morning. Sir John of Misto was exceptionally helpful and friendly, what a fresh breath of air! Thank you and we will definitely come back. The food was also good and we liked the variety of options even for a breakfast buffet.

Sumptuous food. Wide variety of food selections. Mika and Erick were very respectful. They attentively checked on everyone’s needs and happily assists.

We had a great time at Seda Vertis Hotel! Breakfast was delicious- John was the best server, so kind, funny and attentive - the pool was nice and the beds were comfy.

I stayed at Seda to both celebrate my birthday and prepare for an exam. A special welcome setup for my birthday would've been a nice add-on, but Seda did not give one. Pam in the club lounge has always been above and beyond in her service.

Seda Vertis’ breakfast buffet is my favorite highlight of my stay, particularly my mom! I love the hot chocolate they drink and the hospitality is superb. This is my 2nd time in half a year staying here. The staff are accommodating and courteous, especially Miss Mika who always refill my favorite choco drink!! She’s so polite, nice and courteous.

Good comfortable quiet hotel located in Quezon City.
The room was comfortable and breakfast had enough of a selection for me.
Staff were helpful and professional.
The roof top bar was a great way to end the nights.
My only dislike was that the traffic trying to go to Manila especially for the nightlife.
This hotel was recommended by a friend and as a first timer to the Philippines, I think I would have had a better experience overall had I stayed in Manila itself.

The staff is so pleasant, attentive and polite. It’s such a refreshing change from hospitality people in the US who just want to get their job done. This is why we love coming home to Manila.

We had a wonderful time at Seda Vertis North. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable.. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious options. Staff is really nice, met Mika in breakfast buffet and she’s been lovely. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, the excellent service and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
