Overall I have a wonderful rest and relaxation. I’ll be coming back again.
Pros:

Food at Breakfast is wonderful. Lots of choices. With regards to the room, can’t complain, it’s clean and orderly . Enjoy the Roof top Bar, nice and romantic. Enjoy the view of the city skyline.

Cons:

Too much restriction for the kids to enjoy the pool. With parents supervision, staff should not be imposing too much restrictions. Let the kids enjoy the pool. I extended one more day for complete relaxation.

although they were able to accommodate us with priority in the front desk, it was just embarrassing to ask the person next in line to allow us to go first, while the line is long.

Had all the facilities - pool, gym, and was next door to a beautiful hotel to enjoy their lobby.

I lost my kids on the elevator and the hotel realised very quickly without me saying everything and everyone immediately helped and reviewed cctv to find them which was reassuring regarding safety.

Cons:

Breakfast was ‘included’ but turns out only for one person in each room! So be careful if you are booking expecting breakfast! Also their breakfast was always so busy they used upstairs as well and that didn’t include everything.

Pros:

Staff are across the board incredibly polite and professional. The included breakfast is outstanding, and the little details such as the quality of linens/terry cloths make you feel like you are staying at a much more expensive hotel.

Restful and exuberant
Pros:

The amenities were superb - as advertised, very clean and serene ambiance.

Cons:

Breakfast - after signing in we were asked to wait for assistance to our table; it was a busy breakfast service since several govt office people were running about the floor and the sign-in lady was unable to manage properly the exchanges of these people; the attandants were busy accommodating them as well to the detriment of several other guests who were left to wait for several minutes - we hoped to have more staff could accommodate other guests and have the govt people housed in an area since the hassle is just too much early during the day for everyone
