Ideally located in the heart of Kanpur, near Moti Zeel, this is a beautiful hotel to stay with family . I have been staying at this Hotel whenever I am in Kanpur. Very clean and neat . Nice cozy rooms but the bathrooms need a little upgrade, to ensure the water does not spill from the shower area to dry area. The staff is excellent and ready to help. The housekeeping staff is very good and so are the restaurant staff specially mentioning the Restaurant Manager Aksar who ensured we have exactly what we want. The food is very tasty and one need not go out for eating .
Kanpur is a city where TIPS are very common and be ready to shell out some tips to Security and lobby staff frequently.
FOR SENIOR CITIZENS: The steps leading from the ground to the lobby at the entrance are quiet steep and difficult for senior staff or for people with knee problems - Suggest the Management to install a small escalator or a lift which will definitely enhance the entrance look as well as benefit the customers.

Very clean rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread. It's a well-maintained property. If I visit Kanpur again, I will definitely consider staying here.
All good but only problem is to climb 10-12 flights. I suggest that they can put escalator for that , otherwise property is very nice .
Very noisy due to some wedding and other guest during night.
Housekeeping service and housekeeping all staff behaviour is very poor
