Un sitio recomendable para visitar Garda y hacer turismo por el lago.
Pros:

El personal, la ubicación, el desayuno y el trato recibido.
Tras un día de lluvia intensa, al llegar calados después de un viaje en moto, nos invitaron a tomar un vino mientras nos quitamos la ropa mojada.
Todo un detalle.

Cons:

Los muebles de las habitaciones y el plato de ducha son viejitos. Necesita una remodelación.

Pros:

Extrem gutes Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse und tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt

Cons:

Das Auto konnte nicht direkt am Hotel geparkt werden, war aber sicher an einem bewachten Großparkplatz untergestellt

Very nice hotel in a great location but needs a refresh
Pros:

Great location especially if you are coming in by car. It is super close to a massive public parking and just around the corner from the old town with all the shops, restaurants and lakeside. The staff were really nice and friendly, the breakfast was very good too. Rooms are spacious and clean. It is very good value especially in the Lake Garda area.

Cons:

Look, the biggest issue with the hotel is that it is really dated. Everything is pretty old and breaking in places. Don't get me wrong, it's nice and clean and there is TV and AC and everything but the hotel really needs a refresh. If you are planning to only sleep there it's good. But if you are looking for a hotel where you rest in your room a lot, I would choose sth else.

Nach 3 maliger Beschwerde das die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert wurde sich das Problem endlich persönlich angeschaut. Siehe da... ich war nicht schuld, die Klima tatsächlich defekt!
Internet tot...wurden nicht über die Reparatur und funktionierendes Internet informiert. Schlecht mit einem Teenager.
Parkplatz stellte sich als öffentlicher Parkplatz raus, ca 800m entfernt.
Kein entgegenkommen für kein Internet!
