Pleasent for a short stay

Sitio ideal para tu estancia en Madeira
Pros:

-Ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo donde había restaurantes y bares
-Piscina, super necesaria para cuando vuelvas de grandes caminatas por madeira
-desayuno muy rico

Cons:

-El personal en el check in , podrían habernos explicado algo del picnic, o del restaurante del pueblo en el q hacen descuento y diversos temas.
-la tele podría ser una smart tv
-sombrillas en la piscina, no habia, y cuando apretaba el sol, era dificil estar alli

L’emplacement est bien + piscine agréable.

Cons:

Clim qui ne fonctionne pas (très ancienne - dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles). Peu de produits à disposition (idem étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles). Il serait également bien de mettre un vrai sèche cheveux dans un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Très contente de mon séjour.
Pros:

Très bien situé près de l’aéroport pour une arrivée tardive. Petit déjeuner copieux. Établissement très propre.

Air conditioning doesn't work
Pros:

It was close to the airport! Good value as well.

Cons:

The AC in the room didn't work at all. Cranked it all the way down to 16 degrees and it still felt like 25 at night. It was somehow colder outside. Parking was also difficult. Santa Cruz looked kind of run-down as well. Not a very attractive area to stay but it was a good airport hotel. Beds were very hard too.

Estadia relaxante, tranquila e confortável.
Pros:

Gostei muito do quarto e do conforto da cama, assim como da pscina e tranquilidade do hotel.
O pequeno-almoço era mediano, sem grande variedade.
Senti falta de um restaurante no hotel.
Os funcionários eram muito amáveis.
Nota bastante positiva, pois o conforto da cama e a limpeza para mim são essenciais

O pequeno-almoço poderia ser bastante melhor e mais variado, com produtos locais e menos bolos industriais.
A localização do hotel era boa, mas havia poucos serviços nas imediações.
Também poderia ter havido sugestões de atividades no hotel, para realizar nas imediações
