Limpieza
Dejamos la llave en recepción porque cuando salimos no había ningún trabajador allí, no obstante encontramos a una mujer del personal en la puerta y avisamos de q habiamos dejado la llave en la recepción. Pasado una hora nos llamaron asegurando de malas maneras q nos habíamos llevado la llave de la habitación. Mientras hablábamos x telefono debieron ver la llave, encima del tarjetero en la recepción y nos colgaron el teléfono. No sé cómo pueden llegar a pensar q alguien se va a llevar una llave de puerta atada a una tarjeta de luz.

El desayuno muy completo. Fallos en la red eléctrica y de telefonía ( no por culpa del alojamiento)restan comodidad a la estancia
La poca atención en el pueblo de Pastrana al turista. Es una pena que un buen alojamiento no se acompañe de atractivo turístico para quedarse más. Los servicios de la restauración y de cultura escasos y con poca profesionalidad

No hay aparcamiento apenas, tienes que ir a un parking alejado y con las maletas cuesta arriba... Un fastidio
