Pros:

Pour des touristes en voiture qui doivent embarquer tôt pour le ferry c'est un lieu d'étape idéal. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Possibilité de manger sur place et accès aisé pour se balader sur le bord de mer.

Pros:

The room is value for money, considering the cost of other accommodation. It says it is a boutique hotel but it's a little more basic and cramped for that.
The restaurant below is ok, I had the special steak which was cooked really well and very tasty, my wife had the steak kebab thing that wasn't great.
The no 12 bus is great value, takes you into the heart of Brighton or Eastbourne.

Cons:

A little squashed and cramped in the room. The main question is would we stay again, compared to what is around the location it's good value for money and yes we would.

Pros:

Location and staff excellent . Room basic but clean.

Cons:

Carpark deep gravel not good for motorcycle. Shower room could do with a shelf for wash bag to be put on.

Don’t book a room without a sea view!

Cons:

The rooms by the road are unusable for me- even with the ear plugs provided. Hot and incredibly noisy. A sea view on this place is not an option- it’s essential and ideally you want one well down the side away from the road.

We would stay here again. All round good experience.
Pros:

Location was great, close to bus stops and local shops as well as a launderette next door. Food was very good along with the service.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small.
