Tout était parfait ! L'hotel est vraiment beau, très en harmonie avec la nature qui l'entoure. Idéal pour déconnecter et se reposer. Les chambres sont grandes, vraiment agréables et luxueuses. On a adoré la salle de bain en extérieur!
La piscine est très agréable, le restaurant aussi. Il y a beaucoup de transats et fauteuils pour se poser à différents endroits.
Le vrai plus de l'hotel ce sont toutes les activités proposées gratuitement ! Nous avons eu sound bath, yoga, et avons pu assister à un lever de soleil avec un joueur de handpan. Il y a des jeux de société aussi.
Le seul point réellement dommage, est l'accès à la mer. Il faut s'y attendre parce que si on vient pour la plage alors il ne faut pas aller dans cet hotel. Les photos peuvent être trompeuses. La plage est une petite anse entre les rochers, avec de grosses vagues, et énormément de sargasses qui ne sont pas ramassées par l'hotel. C'est dommage pour un hotel de ce standing.
Nous ne nous sommes donc pas baignées dans la mer de notre séjour, et n'avons vu aucun autre client s'y baigner. Heureusement nous avions passé quelques nuits avant dans un hotel plus au Nord dans le parc Jaguar, et la mer était bien plus accessible, plus calme, beaucoup plus claire aussi, et les hotels y ramassaient presque tous les sargasses.
The rooms are designed very well, a great atmosphere in general.
The sea was full of seaweed, as far as we understand some hotels is cleaning it whereas this one is not. Our stay was first week of April and it was not possible to swim in the hotel beach, hence we need to go other beaches all the time. Also they charged us more then we have booked in the booking, although I tried to reach and get refund, they gave vague answers and then stop answering.
Espectacular todo, el personal muy amable; nos dieron un upgrade en la habitación, teníamos una con vistas al mar y me dieron una con piscina, muchas gracias lo recomiendo al 100% volveremos pronto.
I loved the room and the ocean view. The restaurant was so good and people working there were so nice.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und sehr bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die täglich wechselnden Angebote (z.B. Yoga) waren wunderbar. Das Servicepersonal war außerordentlich freundlich.
Der dazugehörige Strandabschnitt wird leider nicht von Algen befreit, daher war der Zugang zum Meer etwas erschwert.
Molto bella la camera sul mare, accogliente e pulita. Molto curati i servizi che mette a disposizione la struttura e la colazione che è ottima.
Le camere sono effettivamente delle tende dove non vi è alcuna insonorizzazione. Noi abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception alle 3 di notte perché nella tenda accanto facevano confusione e si sente tutto non permettendoci di dormire.
La struttura a mio gusto personale é davvero bella, un vero oasi che si divide tra “giungla” e oceano. Le stanze sono grandi, arredo essenziale e hanno il bagno all’aperto (doccia e wc), cosa che personalmente trovo davvero bella. La colazione é servita ed abbondante e tutti i piatti che ho provato erano davvero buoni. Tutto molto bello
Il concept della struttura é in stile “retreat” ma ci sono dei problemi che un hotel così non dovrebbe avere, anche in rapporto al prezzo.
Le stanze sono di fatto delle tende, non hanno pareti in muratura e questo genera un problema di insonorizzazione enorme, una sorta di camping ma di lusso. Gli hotel che confinano spesso fanno eventi con musica ad alto volume e le tende non fanno alcuna barriera recando un disturbo notevole al sonno cosa che va in scontro con la politica dell’hotel . Lo staff alle mie lamentele dice che non dipende da loro e dalla struttura, ma non dovrebbe essere nemmeno un problema del cliente. la pulizia della camera lasciava un po’ desiderare. Infine, come qualsiasi camping, abbiamo trovato in camera diversi insetti (tra cui blatte).

Las habitaciones son oscuras, un día a la semana hacen fiesta y ponen música que se escucha en todo el hotel (no es lo ideal si buscas tranquilidad). La ducha es exterior y con eso no hay problema, pero el WC también es exterior
