Pros:

La struttura a mio gusto personale é davvero bella, un vero oasi che si divide tra “giungla” e oceano. Le stanze sono grandi, arredo essenziale e hanno il bagno all’aperto (doccia e wc), cosa che personalmente trovo davvero bella. La colazione é servita ed abbondante e tutti i piatti che ho provato erano davvero buoni. Tutto molto bello

Cons:

Il concept della struttura é in stile “retreat” ma ci sono dei problemi che un hotel così non dovrebbe avere, anche in rapporto al prezzo.
Le stanze sono di fatto delle tende, non hanno pareti in muratura e questo genera un problema di insonorizzazione enorme, una sorta di camping ma di lusso. Gli hotel che confinano spesso fanno eventi con musica ad alto volume e le tende non fanno alcuna barriera recando un disturbo notevole al sonno cosa che va in scontro con la politica dell’hotel . Lo staff alle mie lamentele dice che non dipende da loro e dalla struttura, ma non dovrebbe essere nemmeno un problema del cliente. la pulizia della camera lasciava un po’ desiderare. Infine, come qualsiasi camping, abbiamo trovato in camera diversi insetti (tra cui blatte).

Personal amable, entorno bonito.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son oscuras, un día a la semana hacen fiesta y ponen música que se escucha en todo el hotel (no es lo ideal si buscas tranquilidad). La ducha es exterior y con eso no hay problema, pero el WC también es exterior

Pros:

Beautiful place, with lovely cabins and nice activities offered. Really liked the bar right next to the beach. Staff handled issues promptly and took care that everything was perfect for us.

Cons:

We were definitely disappointed with the dinner offered at the hotel restaurant, even though the breakfast was great. Also, we would have appreciated more help from the staff regarding the taxi prices. We paid an insane amount to go to Tulum, even though one of the staff members was helping us get the taxi.

Es war super von der Atmosphäre, das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles außergewöhnlich und mystisch. Hat einen besonderen Fler.
Das Hotel liegt neben einem Beach Club und hier haben regelmäßig Partys, teils bis 3 Uhr nachts statt gefunden, bringt einen vor oder auch einen Nachteil mit sich. Man konnte von der Hotelanlage das Konzert umsonst genießen, wenn man jedoch den Schlag genießen wollte, war man der lauten Musik ausgesetzt. Dies war störend.
Auch alle anderen angesagten Clubs sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Innenstadt liegt ehr weiter weg

Pros:

I can appreciate that the hotel was in theory great. The buildings were lovely as well as the setting. The menu was lovely and when the weather was good it had lovely seating areas.

Cons:

We found the ocean view options were EXTREMELY noisy and while I can understand you are paying to be close to the sea, the tent structure of the rooms made it so loud it was impossible to sleep. Furthermore we found the staff cold and unhelpful.

Choose another hotel if you want to be treaded as a friend or are looking for peace and calm
Pros:

Good breakfast; friendly staff in the restaurant area

Cons:

Outside bathrooms/showers (which is nice), but extra charge if there is dust on the towels (after drying your feet after shower), which is absolutely insane for a hotel that wants to be in this category!!

Really loud place (loud music from the bar till late). In addition, as these are tents and they are very close to each other, you hear everything from your neighbors next door (if they have a bad stomach, you here somebody vomitting next to your bed)).

Restaurant overpriced, for what it is.

A lot of plastic garbage on the beach (beach not usable, unless you want to baith in garbage)

Great and very relaxing experience
Pros:

A truly inspiring and relaxing place.
1. Amazing location since we were immersed in the jungle and beachfront but not in the Jaguar Park (where you pay absurd amounts everyday just to reach the hotels) nor very deep into hotel zone and clubs, so Tulum town is very nearby and you can go to much better/cheaper restaurants than in hotel zone.
2. Breakfast was one of our favorites in a long time, very tasty and varied food right in front of the sea.
3. Staff was very nice, always available personally or through whatsapp. We had a few requests that were very quickly answered/solved. They were not pushy for tips, which can hapen a lot in Yucatan.
4. We really enjoyed the vibe/atmosphere, everything is quiet, relaxed and a bit more focused on wellness.
5. Beach is small and rocky but we easily went for a swim (in a no sargassus season) and nobody was there so it was almost like a private beach

Cons:

If you are looking for crazy beach parties or the amenities of mass tourism huge resorts, maybe this is not for you. Of course, in bungalows and outdoor bathrooms you will have more animals or other small discomforts, but for us this was worth it, to be more in contact with our surroundings.
Hot water in the outdoor shower was not working but they fixed it quickly.
