Der Self-Check In mit den Tür PIN

Den Kleiderschrank konnte man nicht aufmachen weil er komplett schief und verzogen ist.

Der Fernseher hat auch nicht funktioniert nur das erste Programm beim Rest kam immer „ es kann keine Verbindung hergestellt werden“!

Die größte Katastrophe war die Dusche die Wasser Temperatur war sehr schwierig einzustellen und die Tür hat nicht abgedichtet sodass das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand und das muss schon lange so sein weil man in den Ecken am Boden und an den Silikonfugen Schimmel gesehen hat.

A good hotel but not for everyone.

This is a hotel without staff. You have to look for codes to enter the building. Slightly stressful. It is also not a hotel hotel. It is more like a very small studio apartment. No elevator.

Great Location, Terrible Experience
Pros:

The location is excellent, with the city center just a 5-minute walk away and the stadium around 20 minutes on foot. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing about this hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a glass sliding panel, providing absolutely no sound or visual privacy. If you are not staying alone, be prepared for a very uncomfortable experience.

I am genuinely shocked that a place with such a basic lack of privacy can be considered a hotel. Absolutely unacceptable and a terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, aber durch die gemachte Erfahrung würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem und das Bad ok. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Online-check in hat gut geklappt. E-Mailverkehr war auch (bis jetzt) ok.

Cons:

Notfallnummer hat nicht funktioniert. Bei der einen geht eine KI ran, die einem dann immer wieder zu der anderen Notfallnummer durchstellt, wo nach langen Klingeln nur der AB ran geht. Wenn man dann Nachts im Regen vor verschlossenen Türen steht, weil die elektronischen Türöffner einfach den erhaltenen Code nicht annehmen und die Türen nicht entriegeln,.... ist schon ziemlich sch.... tagsüber hatte alles super geklappt, nur Nachts gingen beide Codes, für beide Zimmer nicht mehr..... das die Technik versagt kann immer passieren, aber das bei einer Notfallnummer kein Mensch ran geht, das geht gar nicht!!! Nach 1 Stunde und Polizeiliche Hilfe, wurden wir dann endlich zurückgerufen und man hat uns dann sehr schnell ins Hotel und in unsere Zimmer gelassen....
