Alles in allem ok
Pros:

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert und bietet alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Gute Lage. Die Parkplätze sind Glückssache – ich hatte Glück dank kleinem Auto. Die Telefonbedienung war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend isoliert und auf Sicht sauber. Es ist schön dekoriert, obwohl die Ausstattung auch schon einige Abnutzungserscheinungen aufweist.

Cons:

Für weibliche Pensionsgäste ist die unzureichende Beleuchtung an den Spiegeln ein Nachteil. Schminken und Frisieren ist im Dunkeln oder bei einseitiger Beleuchtung umständlich.
Schlimm war allerdings die Entdeckung unter dem Leintuch auf dem Bett bei Abreise. Offensichtlich wurde der Matratzenschoner trotz erheblicher Verschmutzung durch Körperflüssigkeiten nicht ausgewechselt. Dafür muss ich Punkte abziehen, das war super eklig. Bitte auch Kissenschoner immer frisch beziehen (darauf liegt das Gesicht für Stunden) - gilt für alle Hotels.

Das Zimmer im Kellergeschoss sollte nicht vermietet werden!

Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ zentral.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Kellergeschoss bekommen. Das Schlimmste jedoch war, dass das Bad und vor allem die Toilette sich nicht abteilen ließen. Die Gerüche zogen direkt in den Wohnbereich. (Foto) Die Flasche Wasser, wie auf der Internetseite angegeben, hatten wir auch nicht auf dem Zimmer. An dem Haus ist außen ein Schild mit drei Sterne angebracht. Wer und wann hat diese drei Sterne vergeben? Unverschämt hoher Preis!

Tut das was es soll für eine Messe!
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Messe Dortmund. Und obwohl die Strasse eigentlich laut und im ersten Stock sehr nahe ist, hat man durch die top Schalldichten Fesnter nichts gehört!

Cons:

Leider stand im Fernseher, die Online Antenne sei nicht erreichbar, o.ä.. Dadurch hatte ich nur drei Sender (ARD, ZDF und TV-Shop) zur Auswahl. Wenn man sich nach der Messe einfach nur berieseln lassen will, hat dies sehr genervt.

Gemütlich kalte Nacht..

Die Betten und Decken im Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich, im gesamten Zimmer war es alles im allem sehr Sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Schade, das es keine genauen Angaben dazu gab wo Rezeption und Frühstück sind, genauso das es keine Aussagen zum Thema Check-Out gab. In unserem Zimmer funktionierten an nur 2 Steckdosen der Strom (Licht funktioniert aber überall) sonst nichts. Es gab einen TV welcher aber nicht funktioniert bzw. keinen Empfang hatte da er keine Sender gefunden hat. Vorallem jetzt im Winter fehlt so ein bisschen die Heizung, in unserem Zimmer war es nämlich sehr kalt.
