Hicimos el check sin mayor contratiempo, la alberca bien a buena temperatura, los restaurantes del hotel con buen sazón y buenas porciones, hotel cómodo, pero si pedías servicio a la habitación tardaban muchas horas en pasar a recoger los trastes sucios afuera de las habitaciones. No incluían las toallas suficientes para la cantidad de gente en las habitaciones.

El hotel está muy descuidado y viejo. Los muebles, instalaciones, elevadores, baños, aire acondicionado y todo en general se ve de épocas muy antiguas y por lo tanto son muy lentos en su funcionamiento o deficientes. La alberca se ve con las juntas de los mosaicos súper negras de que no las tallan, solamente agregan las sustancias limpiadoras y quitan basura pero deberían limpiarla de los mosaicos porque da asco pisarla por lo sucio que se ven.

me hospede aqui porque ofrecian desayuno inncluido asi fue pero para el niño no lo dejaron entrar y no se hace justo no por lo que cuesta si no porque no me fije en la contratacion nunca vuelvo a hotel casa blanca ni nunca contratare hospedaje mediante hotel.com he llegado a otros hoteles y que difernecia he llegado al city expres y el niño no pago nada

El hotel bien lo malo el desayuno no se si no previeron la cantidad de gente pero es insuflé espacio de desayuno y la comida tuve que esperar formado como 15 minutos para servirme chilaquiles y huevos revueltos salvo eso todo bien
