Pros:

The apartment was located in a building very close to the beach, with access to a parking lot (just a short distance away). The apartment came with an assigned umbrella and sun loungers nearby. The apartment was clean, had a washing machine and air conditioning, the kitchen was large and well-equipped. The balcony (room 7) overlooked a shopping street. The lady in the reception was very helpful! I recommend.

Pros:

Odlična lokacija u neposrednoj blizini i šetnice i prekrasne plaže. Apartman odlično opremljen sa svime što bi vam moglo zatrebati. Cijeli objekat se redovito čisti, a i sam apartman je uredan i ćist. Parking nije uz sam apartman, ali je uključen u cijenu na čuvanom parkingu u neposrednoj blizini. S apartmanom dobivate i svoje mjesto na plaži sa suncobranom i dvije ležajke. Idealno za obiteljski odmor.

Rano jutarnja buka kamiona za odvoz smeća.

Appartamento pulito e zona centrale
Pros:

Appartamento spazioso situato in zona centrale piena di negozi e ristoranti e a due passi dal mare. Parcheggio e ombrellone con due lettini inclusi nel prezzo. Ci è stato fornito, come omaggio, un pacco di pasta, sugo, marmellate, succo, acqua. L’appartamento risulta essere molto pulito (cosa non da poco). La signora Mariavittoria e le figlie sono estremamente gentili e pronte ad aiutare il cliente. Siamo stati benissimo.

Pros:

Все було чудово. Дуже чисто. Квартира укомплектована всім. На кухні є все. Матраси дуже зручні. Дуже близько до моря. Головна вулиця прям під будинком. Навіть є душ на вулиці з гарячою водою для миття ніжок від піску. Є ліфт. Нам дуже сподобалося.

Cons:

Будь те готові заплатити за світло.
Машини які збирають сміття під вікнами від 4.30 і то дуже голосно. Особливо які збирають скло.

Super Lage, sauber, freundlich, etwas überteuert.
Pros:

Wir urlaubten in der Wohnung mit Dachterrasse. Herrlich, das Frühstück mit Ausblick zu genießen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr klein. Die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen), genügend Töpfe, Teller, Gläser sind vorhanden. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Parkplätze befinden sich nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Im Preis ist ein Sonnenschirm und 2 Liegen inkludiert. Charlotta war sehr bemüht uns „wassernahe“ Schirme zu organisieren, vielen Dank dafür.
Zum Strand und in die Fuzo ist tatsächlich nur eine Minute zu Fuß, Lage top.
Strom für Aircondition und Tourismusabgabe wird bei Abreise BAR abgerechnet.
Es wird bei Ankunft € 200,00 Kaution BAR verlangt.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Um 1/3 niedriger Preis wäre angemessen.

Perfekt für uns - würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht … inkl. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Milchaufschäumer, Staubsauger …

Die Betten waren sehr angenehm zum schlafen - hochwertige Matratzen und Kissen - alles auch sehr sauber …

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 70m3 - für 5 Personen - mit einer schönen großen Terrasse … morgens im Schatten, war perfekt zum draußen frühstücken …

Die Entfernung zum Strand war super, in 2 Minuten waren wir schon bei unseren reservierten Liegen - was auch voll angenehm war - so musste man nicht früh morgens schon nach einer Liege schauen … 2 Liegen und ein Schirm sind im Preis inbegriffen …

Parkplatz war auch super - nicht weit vom Apartment entfernt … abgezäunt und überwacht …

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – sowohl in der Nähe des Meeres als auch der Hauptstraße. Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien für jede Familie ausgestattet. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen

Die Unterkunft Mariavittoria ist sehr empfehlenswert!
Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr familiär und nah am Strand und Einkaufsmeile.
Wenn wir wieder in Jesolo sind werden wir sicher wieder dort buchen!

Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sehr zentral und top gelegen, äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung.

Cons:

Die Matratzen etwas zu weich. Die Kissen zu hart.

Schoon appartement op goede locatie!
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig, aan de winkelstraat met alle restaurants en 50 meter van het strand. Het appartement (nummer 7) was erg schoon, heeft goede bedden en een groot balkon. Een groot pluspunt, bij de boeking krijg je 2 bedjes en een parasol op het strand erbij. Daar kom je toch voor naar Jesolo. Leuk strand ook met een gezellig barretje. Contact makkelijk gelegd via whatsapp.

Cons:

Alles was prima, ik kan niks bedenken. Alleen wel wat prijzig misschien (maar dat is alles in het hoogseizoen).
