I like the location.

Cons:

The staff was unhelpful. The cleanliness was very poor. My sheets were stained. The representative told me to change them myself. I booked a room that was supposed to come with a baby crib and they gave me a broken playpen instead which was later replaced with another playpen.

Pros:

It was very clean and staff was very nice. Had board games and coloring pages and stuff in the lobby to have a relaxing evening.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t the best but it wasn’t terrible.

Pros:

The hotel was great so was the staff.

Cons:

I was told I could get a bereavement discount because I was there for my nephews funeral. I didnt get one.

Would stay here again because it was so comfortable.
Pros:

The beds, pillows and comforters were so comfortable. The suites were spacious and with a full fridge and dishwasher. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I really didn’t like. Only thing was the bathroom tub could have been cleaned better it was a little dirty in the corners. Also better lighting or more and brighter lights in the parking lot.

Full Size Beds are called Queens?
Pros:

This hotel calls full size beds a Queen. So ALL the rooms are full size beds. No actual Queen beds and NO king beds either. How do they get away with this?
