Pros:

The size of the room, size of the bed

Cons:

Cleanliness, floor full of dust, bed not comfortable, sheets and towels not very clean.
I had to ask for ac and tv remote, kettle and replenishments of coffee, tea and creamer every day!
The bathroom was not at all clean

It’s location and very peaceful ambience

Cons:

In winter, they didn’t provide hot option in AC and delayed a lot in providing hot blower. Basin tap providing only hot water. Toiletries were available at counter but staff told me to use shower gel for all purposes. It was funny to hear.

How the hotel is SAVING on freebees and spoiling Treebos name
Cons:

Although the treebo notification in the room showed that "complimentary breakfast" for room resident will be given,at the counter they wanted EXTRA payment.
Very disapointing.We were a total of 5 persons and spent 2 full days/ nights.
So breakfast expense was extra on us although our payment covered complimentary breakfast..
NO toiletries were offered
As such my review is BAD
