Pros:

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted well, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Room was spacious, on-suite bedroom, hot water was limited, kitchen,( though limited on utensils, )and balcony overlooking the pool.
Room service good.
No availability for making international telephone calls. Breakfast had limited choices as catered for the Indian tastes.
Pool area spotlessly clean. Local area we felt safe walking around, and local transport easily available to reach the city, train station and airport.
Hotel happy to book taxis for you. Overall happy with our stay, would go back again if in the area.

Needs Improvement
Pros:

Staff could not find my booking upon arrival. Internet did not work. Room service often took a very long time. Balcony door did not lock, meaning my room was not secured. The rooms are in a maze of unmarked hallways and one must walk through a confusing parking lot area, making it a very uncomfortable & potentially unsafe environment for women when it is night time.

Pros: Good food. Some polite staff. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms.
