Beds were not made and has lot of stains on them. Have taken pictures. Don’t think they are washed. Just covered them with comforter. Beautiful building and big nice rooms. Just sat in the chair whole night.

We wanted a nice meal at a nice hotel as the last night of our holiday before flying back. It wasn't made clear in the info that this is in fact a dry hotel, with no bar and no alcohol at all. There is nowhere else in the area, so we had to buy cans of beer and drink them in our room before having dinner in a deserted and over lit restaurant. The restaurant manager was lovely, but this doesn't really make up for the experience.

Also I asked to be moved from the front of the hotel because of the traffic noise, only to have worse at the back from builders, pneumatic drills etc, work on the hotel - which continued until 8pm. Thereafter a barking and howling dog in the garden right behind the hotel kept us awake. As we had to get up at 1.45am to catch out flight, this was not ideal.

Stayed her one night as close to the airport and had to be up at 4am for a flight.
We checked in at 330pm and the noise from the construction work going on inside the hotel was horrendous.
The floor of the room was dirty covered with dust, hair and what looked like pieces of grass. The bed sheets were stained and we had to have them replaced with clean ones.
Wifi was very poor.
My wife asked for a hair dryer and we waited two hours before we had to ask again. It came after a further hour.
The construction noise continued and at 745pm I asked how long it would continue for, I was told it would finish at 830pm. It didn't so I went to Reception again and was told 10 more minutes but it continued. I wanted to get some sleep so spoke with the manager and at 930 pm it stopped. I fell to sleep and after 10 minutes was awoken by the noise starting up again. It eventually went off at 1030pm after further complaints. This was totally unacceptable and staff didn't seem to care.
We awoke at 4am and there was no water, apparently the pump wasn't working and there was no one on site to fix it. So we could not have a shower before embarking on our trip of 14 hours.

Room was clean and bright. Spacious enough. There was a wedding banquet that evening when we checked in. It was extremely noisy. But we had a good night's rest. Breakfast was ok.

We just booked this place because we were arriving late into Goa airport and it is cheap and nearby. So I didn't expect much. We arrived at 2 in the morning and they checked us in so we could sleep off the journey. Main downside was the room felt damp and smelled damp too. Breakfast was fine and the front desk was very helpful.

Staff were very helpful, but bed sheets weren't clean and bathroom was mouldy. Breakfast was average. Ideal location coming from the airport though.

So I stayed for around 6 nights, hotel was excellent value for money and included free breakfast although some days breakfast was not perfect I.e soggy parotas, it was however free .

Bed was nice and soft and let's not forget the a/c was great (be sure to set it on low as your throat will hurt in the morning otherwise due to lack of humidity),the beds felt almost like home and the room design was very up to date, USB plug sockets etc. During my time in the hotel the staff were very helpful at all times especially one female member thumbs up to you!.

The location of the hotel isn't so good due to the busy road outside and kind of spoils its beauty. Other than that an excellent experience none the less

The night I stayed there the hotel had a party in the lobby. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep and I needed to get up early the next day for my flight. I also discovered the next day that I was bitten by bed bugs. No manager on duty to complain to.

Comfortable stay

A good priced clean and pleasant hotel within a 300 rupee prepaid taxi ride from the airport. I liked it and would use it again.
