Fantastic no-frills gem with spacious rooms and sweet staff
Pros:

Writing this review to help travellers confused about where to stay - as I spent a lot of time pondering over this. Can definitely recommend this hotel 10/10. The sweetest staff, spacious rooms with a nice bathtub and perfect water pressure. Location is actually good - off the main road, serene with birds chirping in the morning and not a dusty lane anymore (as some reviews mention). When it comes to amenities, it’s pretty basic. So if you’re looking for a luxury resort experience with all the works such as an iron, television(there is none), high-end bath essentials, etc. this is the not the place for it. Otherwise, fantastic value for money and I’ll definitely return.

Quiet and hospitable stay
Pros:

Nice hotel that is a bit away from the old town and so at a significantly lower cost and less noise. The rooms were very spacious with a large bed (king size) that was somewhere between medium and hard in firmness. The room had a balcony with comfortable seating that overlooked the pool. The bathroom was enormous with a toilet room and a wet room. The tub was very large and since it was a wet room, someone could shower while the other person tubbed (I loved the shower). It came with body soap and shampoo that was ok but not great. Our friends were also staying at the same hotel and they were not automatically given soap and shampoo which was a little weird. We had a seating area, wardrobe, mini-fridge, counter, and coffee station. The room supposedly had a safe but it was a wooden box that you attached a lock to. Our friends had a lock provided in the room, but we did not. Drinking water was provided and there were refill stations in the hallways. We had breakfast included with our room. It was ok, but I think that you can get a better and cheaper breakfast by going out. The issue was just that they only had a few options and they didn't change the menu - basically your choices were eggs, soup, noodles, or rice, plus pastries and fruit. It was all good and filling, but just not a lot of variety. The woman at the bar did make good cocktails. The pool was nice but I found it to be colder than I anticipated. They would also run out of towels in the late afternoon and not restock. The street outside has a slightly industrial feel (google street view) but the hotel itself is really nice on the inside. They have a 24-hour front desk so someone is always there when you come in - no matter the time. You could walk to old town in 10-15 minutes but we usually called a tuk tuk on Grab since they would show up in 1-2 minutes and it would only cost a $1. Of note, the street does not have sidewalks or paving in many places meaning that walking around is not great - it is hot, dusty, and you share a sliver of paving with scooters and tuk tuks. The hotel also does not have an elevator since you will have to climb stairs. They help you with your baggage. There are also stairs to the breakfast area. There is a plant-based restaurant and coffee shops across the street.

Relax palce for my trip

I spend 3 nights here, not feel tired at all . Nice room , quite place , staff so friendly and the room so clean .. nice swimming pool also..

The kindness of all the staff at this small hotel filled us with joy!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful!!! Just close to the center of Siem Reap absolutely loved it there !!

All the staff in reception is very nice and approachable specially the ladies kanchna,mony,lyna,nalen just keep at good work ladies..and the guy vireak...always be humble and kind to each other..hotel is good very clean and good for staying..🥰🥰 we are happy staying in this hotel. The Best Hotel Exoerience in Siem Reap
Pros:

Fantastic food, service and staff, the pool great with a great Buddha crowned with a frangipani tree..Big spacious and comfortable room with bathtub and shower and luxurious layout.The best hotel with a cosy, warm atmosphere and friendly, helpful reception:) Mony, Kanchna and Lyna and Ya Ya with the others in the pool restaurant. I will definately be back.

Pros:

We booked one of the upper rooms which had a great view from the hotel to the pool and restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Staff and absolutely wonderful and pleasant. You can dip your toes in the pool and relax enjoying the nature around the pool.
