Cons:

Dont think any money is safe inside a bookbag or suitcase, its not. Blatent and repetative, in decades of travel never had this issue. Avoid.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds were confortable with aircon in every room. The pool was a great place to hang out and plenty of cafes in the area. The cafe next door was excellent

Cons:

The gym could do with a pedistal fan. Very warm on the running machines

Pros:

Great location. Large rooms and comfortable beds!!
Great views from balconies.

Cons:

Air conditioner was turned off every time the room was left and room entered when do not disturb in place. Understand $$ and electricity, but rooms took hours to cool down after leaving for only a short trip to the shops.

Pros:

Bel appartement côté piscine. Résidence très bien placée, à taille humaine et au calme : 5 mn à pieds du centre ville. Piscine magnifique.
Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Cons:

Cuisine suffisante pour se faire un p'tit dej ou réchauffer un plat. Pas d'ustensiles pour cuisiner.

Pros:

This is a gem. Value for money is great. We were 5 people, 2 adult 3 kids, we had a 2 bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, kitchen.. it was so incredibly nice. Pool area is nice, and right next door is w great cafe for breakfast, and two doors down you can find a great pizza place on one side, and a garden bar and restaurant on the other. Still only 10 min from pub street. I would stay here if I go back.

I've been coming to Cambodia for 19 years and this is the best accommodation I have stayed at
Pros:

Plenty of room, everything you could want. Extremely comfortable and the pool was fantastic

Staff were the best, could not do enough for you.
PubStreet about 7 min walk, too easy

Cons:

Would be handy to have a clothes horse in side for a long stay

Great apartment
Pros:

Lee is around all the time. He managed to get a room cleaned and let us check in early which was great as we were tired after a long flight. The location is a walking distance from pub streets. Tons of restaurants, supermarket and safe to walk. The source a great all day cafe is next door. The pool area is green, clean and relaxing. The bonus is the housekeeping every day and fresh towels.Peaceful and safe. They even have long term stay discounts

Cons:

The living room Ac doesn’t cool well as it’s small compared to the size of the room. Just a pot and pan for cooking. Just good for breakfast. The gas doesn’t light up easily. Once you remove the room keys, the AC goes off so when you come back, the room is really hot and humid . Takes a while to cool
