Overall a great stay worth the money
Pros:

Beautiful hotel
Spacious room
Great rooftop for sunrise hot air balloon view
Staff are very kind and helpful

Cons:

Room is generally a bit dark despite having the lights turn on, but this is a minor fault.

Kind staff and great breakfast
Pros:

We enjoyed out stay overall. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so we had not the chance to use on the top terrace which is the best part pf the property.. The staff was very kind and friendly, and they did their best to assist us. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We didn't enjoy the dinner at the restaurant, as it was quite expensive and for the quality.

A very unique hotel, a great way to experience, Cappadocia
Pros:

Very unique property every room is different, many levels, great views. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in Turkey. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The original room we had was on two different levels, which didn’t work for us.

Great views and awesome servive
Pros:

The view from the hotel is amazing, and the rooms are very spacious preserving the cave feeling.
The hotel restaurant is really good value with excelent food and prices

Cons:

I only stayed for two days at the hotel and everything feeled amazing. I don't have any complains except maybe the service at the bar was a little slow

Magical and majestic
Pros:

We like the location of being up the hill with a stunning view. Probably one of the best in the area. It is just so magical. There were lots of places where it is tastefully decorated to incorporate the natural geography to shoot the best view.
We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant which had lots of variety.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, took care of us well.

Cons:

We struggled a bit to adjust the humidity level and the temperature in the cave suite. The staff gave us tips to adjust it then we were comfortable.

Pros:

Absolutamente todo. Es precioso, muy bien ubicado, tiene unas vistas divinas. El desayuno es muy completo.
Por ser huésped del hotel tienen descuentos en todas las actividades/tours. El personal es excelente, muy amable y eficiente. Un 10 en todo.

Me gustó todo del Hotel. La habitación increíble. la ubicación del hotel fantástica con unas vistas impresionantes.
Se veían los globos como si los tuvieras a tu alcance. Unas terrazas impresionantes.
El Restaurante Seten un lujo de restaurante con un servicio y una comida increíbles. Vale mucho la pena disfrutarlo.
Se me olvidaba el desayuno, también el el mismo restaurante con unas vistas impresionantes. La variedad de comida, bebidas, cafés y tés es formidable, todo un lujo. Repetiría seguro si volviera a Goreme, Cappadocia

Cons:

El único fallo que tengo es una excursión de 2 horas que contratamos en el hotel, una jeep safari. La verdad es que el conductor fue muy poco simpático, no hablaba nada de inglés y no hizo el menor gesto de ayudar en nada ni para hacernos una foto.
El tour duró una hora y poco más cuando eran 2 horas. Y no fue nada barato (150 €)
Creo que deberían hablar con la agencia para mejorar el servicio.
Del Hotel en sí todo fue fantástico
