Dreamy stay
Pros:

Amazing view and location! You can use the pool of other hotels near by which are in partnership with sultan caves. The hotel also helped me booking the hot air balloon in advance. Lastly, you can see the balloons at early morning flying over the hotel! The restaurant was really goood!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what I hoped for. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and everything was handled with such care and professionalism.

I felt very comfortable here and really appreciated the hospitality. Everything from the accommodations to the service made for such an enjoyable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Best Hotel in Goreme
Pros:

I liked everything this property offers. Taking the breakfast at farm expedition that was part of the room I reserved one of my best experiance in Turkey.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything to improve. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Un lugar mágico
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y la ubicación y vistas increíbles, es la razón por la que fuimos a Capadocia.
El personal de recepción es un 10/10 atentos a todo y muy rápidos. Puedes reservar todas las excursiones allí también.
La habitación era amplia y tenía de todo.

Cons:

El desayuno podría tener más variedad y opciones internacionales. El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones podría ser más rápido y tener las habitaciones listas a medio día, ya que es un lugar donde normalmente sales temprano para hacer turismo ver los globos etc y por la tarde necesitas estar relajado y descansar en la habitación.

Memorable and Excellent Staff
Pros:

The location, perched high to get the best views.
The cave rooms were cool. My room had a great view. The staff were very professional and friendly.

Cons:

The Property was great. My room 312, the A/C couldn’t cool the whole room. I requested for an electric fan, and it helped. The mirror in the bathroom was a bit too high, I am short, so I could not see myself. A separate mirror in the bathroom would be nice that is not too high like those mirrors that have a light that can be magnified. I was able to use the other mirrors in the room, but hard if you need to be close to the sink for putting on contact lenses, etc.

Non mi è piaciuta la vicinanza della stanza alla reception,un casino continuo nella notte e al giorno, non abbiamo mai chiuso occhio . Ci sarebbe da evitare per il prezzo pagato di avere una stanza così ravvicinata alla reception.non mi sono piaciuti i camerieri del ristorante continuavano a ridere come per prenderci in giro .WI FI POCO FUNZIONANTE
