Pros:

I thought the price was high for a very ordinary room. There was only the bare minimum of amenities. No bottles of water, tea, coffee. Only one cup and one tumbler. WiFi was extra.

Pros:

The room was clean and well organized, but there was no free wifi so thats the sad part about it. However, we had a great stay there.

When we checked in at about 4.30pm the room we were given was not cleaned from the previous tenant's visit. The bed was unmade, the garbage was not removed. Upon calling the reception they requested us to wait until the housekeeper made the room. As we had come in much later than the check-in time, after complaining about the room being unprepared for our visit we were shown another room. This was already prepared. The room was adequate although the ceiling was very low and we kept bumping our heads on the ceiling lamp. Overall, our experience was disappointing because of the first impression we received. Staff also blamed the housekeeper for not having done their job although it was clearly not the only fault of the housekeeper.

Pros:

Central Makati location. not on a covered walkway route so you can be exposed while coming and going. My room was cool but the lack of wi fi ..... not so cool.
the building and rooms are not really a hotel, so the room size and self catering facilities are a bit of a pleasant enigma given there are no utensils, cutlery or crockery supplied.

Pros:

Roaches and bugs. Floors are
Dilapidated. Staff were trying to make up for it. Photos are deceiving . This place is not recommended at all.

This condo/hotel is old, and no WiFi provided. Stayed here for the convenience because I have some family that lives in a condo nearby.

No wifi connection they said i have to pay to connect me to wifi!!!

The sheets have stained!!

After using the shower theres a leak on the side going thru to the toilet bowl floor so the whole bathroom is wet.

Good location within Salcedo village.
Pros:

But just a place to sleep. Not a hotel with normal hotel services and facilities. Cannot complaint for the price I pay.
