Terrible experience with reception staff. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional - i was called with rude tone at 12.30 to check out of the hotel although I paid for another night and he was unable to find the booking and transaction. Receptionist was unadequate and lacked fundamental communication skills i would say that are required for the role but perhaps hotel management thinks otherwise. Being incompetent is one thing but being hostile and disrespectful on top of that to defend your ingonarance is a whole another level of communication.
