Pros:

Tout était parfait, la chambre très propre, le petit déjeuner copieux et choix dans les aliments, le professionnalisme , le gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel font de cet endroit un lieu que nous recommandons fortement. Vous pouvez vous y rendre en toute confiance.
Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner.

Pros:

This hotel looks very new and modern. Our room was very spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. I gave it 4/5 stars because the air conditioning was not working. It is in a quiet location and has plenty of parking.

Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'aise
Pros:

Nous avons bien compris que le fait d'arriver au petit déjeuner à 9h40 alors que l'heure limite est 10h00 pose problème. On nous a même fait savoir que nous étions les derniers... Heureusement pour l'Arena hôtel, nous ne reviendrons pas. Je ne recommande pas.
