Make sure you check the rooftop, it's amazing!

Pros:

I thought the hotel was beautiful, the location was perfect for the event we were in town for.

Cons:

For the amount we paid, our room was tiny. I thought that it would have been atleast a normal sized room for the cost we paid.

The pillows deflated when laying on them, floors were sticky, shampoo in shower was empty, walls were thin, furniture was dusty, toilet needed scrubbed.

not worth $400 but not a bad place to sleep
Pros:

very easy to access main sites in downtown pittsburgh, go central home base for activities

Cons:

comforter was used and had to ask for a new one, not a lot of light in the room, and there was a small hole in the floor that was simply patched over with carpet

Understaffed and too high concept
Pros:

Clean hotel. And good location. But staff was overwhelmed seemingly more focused on their side hustle as baristas at the libby coffee shop. Whatever this concept is its dumb. The room was overloaded with free standing furniture and poorly designed. I dont mind a small room in an old historic building but this is just odd and haphazard.

Overall this didn’t meet expectations. Loved Pittsburgh.

Excellent service in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

This was a beautiful hotel with a number of nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and super responsive to our requests. We valeted our car and it was always waiting for us when we arrived downstairs. We will definetly be back when we are in town.
