Pros:

The hotel is quite comfortable and its location beside the pub and bottle shop was a bonus.

Cons:

The rooms are now a little dated. We had the disabled room and there was a carpet with a lip where the beds are. I would suggest that they remove this and just have tiles as it is a trip hazard.

Room was dirty, not clean very dusty the dishes dirty and the microwave and there was broken tiles in the bath room and hurt my little toe kicking it and then I was accused of leaving the room dorty.. after I had cleaned for them after I recorded their filthiness

Pros:

Location good

Cons:

Room supposedly good for guests with mobility issues. The shower floor was very slippery once it got wet. The rooms need a makeover badly - marks on the walls and skirting, faded paint etc.

Neat Motel
Pros:

I stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and it was done nicely and kept clean. The bed was old but soft and comfy. The reception lady was lovely and friendly.

Cons:

It was a little noisy being right next to the bottle shop and bar, but I wear ear plugs so wasn’t a problem for me.

Location - we could walk next door for dinner and drinks, there was a live band also.
